Update: I’m only in my 3rd week of business (finishing the food truck took longer than planned) and sold 40 pizzas in 3 hours yesterday! Word of mouth travels quick. Cheers mate 🤙🏻

I'm sure it hasn't been easy or quick, but now you have all the work and money you need to have a satisfactory way of life. Happy for you, and hope I can reach that too. The part about being your own boss and having enough to live a nice life resonates massively with me. I'm planning to start a pizza food(trailer) next to my 32 hour desk job. And from there, who knows. A proper food truck would be too expensive at the moment. The pizza's I can get in my neighborhood are terrible, but I hope there is a market here for good pizza's. Meanwhile I keep practicing. My last pizza party was quite a success. I'm working from a small Ooni Fyra 12 at the moment. One mate actually said "this would be great on a food truck festival". And he didn't even know anything about my plans.
