I ordered some through Amazon; waiting for them to be delivered. I do have one but its 16" and heavy as a MOFO! So I don't cook with it too often. Corned beef hash in the UK is made in a big saucepan with 2kg of red potatoes diced into 1" cubes, 1kg of sliced carrots, and about 500g of diced corned beef, all cooked together in a thick bisto beef gravy... sometimes served of wafer thin pancakes.. yummy 😋🤤😋🤤 what you seem to have made is bubble and squeak.! 😅

I just heard for the first time in my life a few months ago that there's such a thing as chicken & waffles. I like chicken a lot, and the same for waffles. But, to combine them into 1 dish is absolutely idiotic to my sensibilities.
1st thing I thought of which wasn’t included… hash browns. Also my FAV is everything bagel (toasted), chive & onion cream cheese with smoked salmon or gravlox , sliced tomato, capers & onion or shallots. Maybe u could do breakfast around the world??
I like to take about a cup of Bisquick in a two cup measuring cup... add an egg I prefer brown eggs! start to mix and add heavy whipping cream until the right consistency! I limit the amount that I mix the batter. just enough to incorporate the egg! I use a fork to mix it... then I can just pour the batter from the measuring cup! I use100 percent pure maple syrup!
I'm not fan of eggs benedict but i love a country benedict (biscuits, country sausage patty, fried egg (hard) smothered with country gravy. It is the best.
