Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered is a historical action-adventure open world stealth video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U,and Microsoft Windows. It is the fifth major installment and the third numbered title in the Assassin's Creed series, and a direct sequel to 2011's Assassin's Creed: Revelations. The game was released worldwide for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, beginning in North America on October 30, 2012. A Wii U and Microsoft Windows version are released in November 2012. The main portion of Assassin's Creed III is set before, during and after the American Revolution from 1753 to 1783 In addition to the historical period, the game also features the "present day" setting, where series protagonist Desmond Miles must adventure to prevent the 2012 apocalypse, as his story develops and reaches a conclusion. The game features a new engine, Anvil Next, built from the ground up, the engine is said to utilize full capability of current generation systems to deliver a "next-gen Assassin's Creed experience.
Multiplayer
The multiplayer mode features over 12 modes, one of which is Domination where players hold certain points on the map. You will be able to play as the British military and the mode is "run" by Abstergo, as with previous games. Game mechanics from the single player will be carried over to the multiplayer, therefore requiring players to utilise stealth and advance assassination techniques. Female assassins will also be included, as seen in Brotherhood and Revelations

No they didn’t? People kept complaining on how the games were too similar so they tried something new with origins, after that odyssey which was pretty bad because of all the downgrades and removed features and now they’re doing Valhalla which from all the gameplay is gonna be really cool. If you don’t like how the series is going, don’t worry. They might change back after Valhalla or they would run out of ideas and start doing actual good remasters/remakes until they think of another game (which I hope is gonna happen) or they would start listening to the players and taking suggestions which is gonna be pretty good too. But they never destroyed the franchise they just tried something new

Manggala Cipta I found the new RPG elements to be really cool, all I want now is a camera angle like the one in God Of War 4 then the game is a must-buy for me.
The older combat was annoying too, in unity if you get spotted and attacked by 5 guys or more then that’s it, you need to run or you die. You can’t even dodge ranged attacks properly and while yes, a challenge is great but still, they don’t have to make it impossible.
In the new games the combat was pretty good tbh, it only looked a bit light but in Valhalla it looks pretty good.
Obamium Odysssey was also bad because it’s called “Assassins Creed” Odyssey. even though it has 0 focus on anything to do with assassins and templars. and if they didn’t exist at that point, or weren’t created then, odyssey’s setting shouldn’t have been when it was. They messed up the lore on multiple occasions and so much more.
Dynamite5 have you played the game? It’s supposed to be a prequel to origins, alexios/kassandra are supposed to be bayek’s ancestors and you even see it in the legacy of the first blade DLC, the templars didn’t exist in odyssey nor origins, either if you’re going to say that it’s something bad then maybe you should also focus on origins. In the legacy of the first blade DLC you also meet the first assassin called Darius and the game was enjoyable. The story and the lore was the only thing they messed up and they did downgrade it a bit with the animus loading and the physics but it came only a year after origins so you can’t really be mad at them. Also, if they take away the “assassin’s creed” from the title you guys will still hate on the game and say “this is copying origins!” And Ubisoft shouldn’t start an entirely new franchise just for a game they want to release.

@@Cerberus571 yep true, combat should be like in assassins creed unity, in AC Unity if you choice open combat over stealth you could die easily so the main focus should be stealthy kills

I think for that fighting officers (the most difficult ones) is a bit boring, they can block everything and you have to wait for counter to disarm them and then kill them. By the way, I finished this game like 5 times so far and still I can't do fight without being hit. Huge respect for you bud. Maybe some stealth video ? I know this is less interesting in AC3 but I believe that you can pull something really good . Cheers :)

As a witcher 3 player, AC has the dumbest AI's in gaming history, you're the one fighting, they just keep standing waiting to be killed, in the witcher 3 AI are for mobile and attack at once, they don't do 1v1 like in here
