That will be some awesome updates for Subnautica and Subnautica Below Zero and it will make base builds more awesome and the underwater vehicles being added in both games will look cool.
Since we are getting a Sea truck dock, Im seeing people talking about a Cyclops Dock. We have that already. Al la Gun Base Moonpool. But to be serious Im PRETTY sure theres a reason why we wont be getting a Cyclops Dock. 1. Is because It will be like a russian Doll and would be hell to try and program animations for not just the Cyclops Docking animation but with whichever vehicle you have docked INSIDE it too and 2. The Resources needed to even build it would be INSANE. Considering its massive size and the materials needed for just a normal Moonpool, you can see a bit impossibility with building it if ever released officially or Via Mods.
@@TheLastBacon Also I'd like to add that since we are gonna get the Large room in Subnautica. I am really hoping that we can also get the large aquariums aswell to create diverse Environments and Biomes for each creature we put inside. Either as a food bank or just for Decorations
What I want, is that in SN when you build something you have to go back into the menu. In BZ, say, if you placed a window, a next window would appear without you going back to the menu. Much easier!
omg the unstuck option would've been so useful for me months ago when i got suck in phi base. hopefully i had saved recently and only lost 6 minutes of progress but the thought of me accidentally saving after getting stuck still haunts me to this day :') they all look amazing btw, i love the seatruck dock the most!
@@TheLastBacon pretty easily in comparison to subnautica imo! maybe it's because the player's spending more gaming time on dry land? and of course the prawn suit getting stuck as usual haha
Some of the things I'd love to be added into base game Subnautica is the music tracks you can find in the world of BZ. That and more decorations for you base.
I'd love to see cameras in subnautica, I know we already have one but I think it would be really cool to have permanent cameras you can mount, would be great for a roleplay playthrough, like set up cameras at "weird" places you wanna "study"
What i want in the 1st game: The jukebox, aromatherapy lamp. the little gravity desk toy. Shower, sink, ECT ECT. Making a bathroom out of an observatory is both fulfilling and awesome. can you imagine having a shower in a glass bubble while UNDERWATER? i roleplay the fuck out of it when those items are available. sitting in your command chair. looking out into the depths with the toys on your desk with the music playing. can stay there all night. Food and water dont drop while seated. iv fallen asleep in this position. and woke up next morning with it still playing. Ready for my next adventure
I have a tip for you if you grapple on a group of fish with the grappling arm you will run super fast at random intervals and yes you can grapple on to the groups of fish around almost every biom.
I can imagine how hard it is going through the comments and replying to each and every one. Mad respect dude. Also if your curious nothing happened with that npc survivors mod I told you about
About the sea truck docker in the thumbnail of the video, idk if it's an update coming but it certainly isn't in below zero right now, but I'm hoping it does, even tho you can already dock the seatruck in the moon pool, this dock is much cooler
4:50 I wonder if it works with segments attached to the seatruck. I would imagine it disconnects the seatruck from segments automaticly. Thats why this tube is so long?
Awesome little idea, the Seatruck dock. It was kind of lame having to detach the modules before docking to the Moonpool, or exiting it in order to get in through the hatch.
Hey me and my family just got a house we were stuck in tents for a while and then we were in a one room shack for I think 6 months and now I'm happy you and your videos helped me alot thank you so much
I stopped playing it(but I might play it again after these updates), but I think we can all agree if we can make an aquarium, and put it on the spaceship to bring the cuttlefish that would be the best.
The whole point of the seatruck dock is that you can dock it with the modules attatched, I personally think that is a KILLER feature that Ive wanted for a long time
YES! They finally added the BZ buildings to Subnautica!!! I wanted that more than ANYTHING for the game. This makes me so freaking happy I can't contain myself AAAAAA
all I want them to do tbh is connect the two games if you own them both give the base game ALL of Below Zero's buildables and items, AND connect the two maps I could imagine like a special upgraded cyclops shield mod that youd use to survive a journey through the void to the below zero map like youd have to be well prepared and well stocked to survive the trip but like marguerite survived it on a floating carcass so yknow theres precedent
The next thing i want to see is more encouragement to make the Cyclops a full mobile base. Being able to customise it even more with dedicated modules, like a solar power modue, where it adds solar panels to the side of it. Or a nuclear raector space in the middle. Or a fabrication station, where it comes equipped with a fabricator, modification station, and vehicle upgrade console for the docked vehicle. just little things that you can add to it to make it feel much more customisable.
@@TheLastBacon it would be awesome if they could bring the 2 games together. Subnautica 2.5. You start in the first game, then once you've reached endgame in that zone, you get blueprints for a vehicle that can safely cross the void, and you can start in the below zero zone.
I hope that they add the music player from BZ to the normal Subnautica as well. Imagine listening to the music while driving the cyclops, that would be such a great addition to the game.
Seatruck dock looks like the modules stay in the tube. The dock disconnects the truck and puts it sodeways so you can walk into the modules from the walkway (that door with no animation)
My theorie is that the new stuff can be found as databoxes in the aurora labs. Also here's a BZ creepy pasta basis: You Are Alone All characters in the game are gone. No ALAN no Marg and voicelines are gone. Except for one NPC...
The one and only thing I want the most is the jukebox. I don't know why, but I just love adding my own music to radios. I mean, I can just play them on my music player program but... it just adds to immersion IMO
Will the 'Unstuck' option work only for the player model, or will it work for vehicles too. Because the amount of times I've gotten my prawn suit(especially) stuck😂
i hope they surprise us by adding a fully integrated DNA transfusion mechanic and features in both games. I couldn't even begin to describe how awesome it would be to hunt down leviathans "willing" to donate a bit of their blood in the name of research and creating serums that pun intended give us a taste of what its like to be on top of their food chain for a day. For example, synthesizing the dna from a shot of reaper blood could then be used to formulate an evolutionary injectable or drinkable tonic that allows us to echolocate for a certain duration in IRL minutes
You missed the best part of the seatruck dock. It will dock the modules attached to the dock inside the tube and will allow you to access those modules right from your base without getting feet wet.

Yeah super happy that they're doing it! :)
Honestly it already exists as a mod - just a hatch to connect the cyclops to your base :)
@@TheLastBacon Also I'd like to add that since we are gonna get the Large room in Subnautica. I am really hoping that we can also get the large aquariums aswell to create diverse Environments and Biomes for each creature we put inside. Either as a food bank or just for Decorations
Its crazy how subnautica has changed.
Sure is! :)
What I want, is that in SN when you build something you have to go back into the menu. In BZ, say, if you placed a window, a next window would appear without you going back to the menu. Much easier!
Yeah that is a nice feature! :)
omg the unstuck option would've been so useful for me months ago when i got suck in phi base. hopefully i had saved recently and only lost 6 minutes of progress but the thought of me accidentally saving after getting stuck still haunts me to this day :')
they all look amazing btw, i love the seatruck dock the most!
Right! SO easy to get stuck in the game :D
@@TheLastBacon pretty easily in comparison to subnautica imo! maybe it's because the player's spending more gaming time on dry land? and of course the prawn suit getting stuck as usual haha
thanks for this, i was wondering what they were up to
Happy to help! :)
I didn’t even know some of these things were in below zero since I haven’t finished it yet but I’m glad they’re being added to the main game
Yeah many are just nice quality of life improvements :)
You really should have added a few modules to the Sea Truck to fully demonstrate how the dock works.
True! :)
Testing how fast the last bacon responds (btw I’ve been watching for a while and love your content so much keep up the good work you’re amazing)
Thank you kindly :)
Some of the things I'd love to be added into base game Subnautica is the music tracks you can find in the world of BZ. That and more decorations for you base.
Both would be awesome :)
I'd love to see cameras in subnautica, I know we already have one but I think it would be really cool to have permanent cameras you can mount, would be great for a roleplay playthrough, like set up cameras at "weird" places you wanna "study"
Yeah I totally agree! :) You could observe the animal life!
I' M SO HAPPY FOR THE LARGE ROOM IN THE FIRST GAME LET'S GOOOO!!!
Same!!! :)
Number 15: Kharaa bacteria. The last thing you want in your peeper is alien infection, but that might be what you get
Haha beautiful :)
What i want in the 1st game:
The jukebox,
aromatherapy lamp.
the little gravity desk toy.
Haha I love the plan! :)
I would love to see this aswell and hopefully they will add multiplayer I really wanna enjoy this with my friends 😁
@@rogergoldwyn3851 unfortunately. Thats not on the scope of the game
Always glad to see a reason to pick up subnautica again
Heck yes :)
I have a tip for you if you grapple on a group of fish with the grappling arm you will run super fast at random intervals and yes you can grapple on to the groups of fish around almost every biom.
Haha I love that! :)
I thought they were not working on either of these games any more! This is awesome!
So happy they are! :)
Been a while since I’ve checked in on this channel but I’m glad to see it’s doing well 🙏
Thank you :) Glad you checked in!
kinda same!
I can imagine how hard it is going through the comments and replying to each and every one. Mad respect dude. Also if your curious nothing happened with that npc survivors mod I told you about
Thank you :) Ah nice - was there actually a mod called that?
@@TheLastBacon no haha! It was a joke
About the sea truck docker in the thumbnail of the video, idk if it's an update coming but it certainly isn't in below zero right now, but I'm hoping it does, even tho you can already dock the seatruck in the moon pool, this dock is much cooler
It is in Below Zero experimental mode :)
4:50 I wonder if it works with segments attached to the seatruck. I would imagine it disconnects the seatruck from segments automaticly. Thats why this tube is so long?
Yep I think you’re exactly right :)
Remember the concept art with glass roofs in the multi-purpose room? Yeah, those good ol’ days.
Good ol’ days indeed :)
This is epic! Your videos rock!
Yay thank you :)
@@TheLastBacon when are they going to release the update? I would love to! Since I have completed both of the games.
I really hope the stuff happening in base Subnautica will happen to consoles too
It should! :)
Awesome little idea, the Seatruck dock. It was kind of lame having to detach the modules before docking to the Moonpool, or exiting it in order to get in through the hatch.
Yeah absolutely :)
Cool update I am definitely play subnautica tonight
Nice!! :)
Hey me and my family just got a house we were stuck in tents for a while and then we were in a one room shack for I think 6 months and now I'm happy you and your videos helped me alot thank you so much
Sorry to hear that! Glad I could help at least a bit :)
@@TheLastBacon thanks
Oh wow that's awesome, hope they brought in the jukebox!
That would be awesome :)
I stopped playing it(but I might play it again after these updates), but I think we can all agree if we can make an aquarium, and put it on the spaceship to bring the cuttlefish that would be the best.
That would be the best for sure :)
The whole point of the seatruck dock is that you can dock it with the modules attatched, I personally think that is a KILLER feature that Ive wanted for a long time
It is awesome for sure :)
That thumbnail really got me in
Nice :)
YES! They finally added the BZ buildings to Subnautica!!! I wanted that more than ANYTHING for the game. This makes me so freaking happy I can't contain myself AAAAAA
Super happy as well! :)
I love your vids so much! I hope you have an amazing career one day ^^, Keep up the good work bro :)
Thank you very much for the kind words :)
Your welcome!! Tusm for the reply
all I want them to do tbh is connect the two games if you own them both
give the base game ALL of Below Zero's buildables and items, AND connect the two maps
I could imagine like a special upgraded cyclops shield mod that youd use to survive a journey through the void to the below zero map
like youd have to be well prepared and well stocked to survive the trip but like
marguerite survived it on a floating carcass so yknow
theres precedent
YUP,be a modder though!😁
Would be incredible to be able to swim from one game to the other area :)
Imagine having to use it to cross the void to sector 0 :)
I’d love that!! :)
Seatruck dock looks like the modules stay in the tube. The dock disconnects the truck and puts it sodeways so you can walk into the modules from the walkway (that door with no animation)
Yep I believe so :)
My theorie is that the new stuff can be found as databoxes in the aurora labs.
Also here's a BZ creepy pasta basis:
You Are Alone
All characters in the game are gone. No ALAN no Marg and voicelines are gone. Except for one NPC...
Oof that’s a scary one - love it :)
The sea truck dock looks awesome! Just strange how it doesn't have legs.
Yeah maybe it will get them eventually :)
Im so happy that subnautica is getting updated..and a seatruck is getting added
Super happy too! :)
I didnt know they were still doing stuff with it, thats some dedication
Absolutely! So awesome to see! :)
I can't wait for this update!
Same! :)
The one and only thing I want the most is the jukebox. I don't know why, but I just love adding my own music to radios. I mean, I can just play them on my music player program but... it just adds to immersion IMO
Yeah I hope they bring it to the first game :)
Will the 'Unstuck' option work only for the player model, or will it work for vehicles too. Because the amount of times I've gotten my prawn suit(especially) stuck😂
No idea tbh :) Worth testing!
i hope they surprise us by adding a fully integrated DNA transfusion mechanic and features in both games.
I absolutely love that idea - seems like quite a big addition though :)
Title and thumbnail look appetizing
Heck yeah :)
You missed the best part of the seatruck dock. It will dock the modules attached to the dock inside the tube and will allow you to access those modules right from your base without getting feet wet.
Oh that’s amazing! :O
Subnautica with saturated base colors of BZ? Yes. Fkn, yes plz. I can has plz! This is great. 💜
Heck yes! :)
