In the first scene, The Winter Soldier should also have jaywalking as a crime, since he was standing away from the zebra crossing.
He also killed Tony Stark's parents, John F Kennedy and a nuclear engineer.
I never watched Avengers: Age of Ultron so when I heard the line "Keep your friends rich and your enemies rich and wait to find out which is which" it gave me a good chuckle
That movie (and all the Iron Man movies) are full of some of the best one-liners and social commentary I've ever seen. Granted, I haven't seen many movies, but still. They really went all out on making Tony Stark a casually humorous character full of deep wisdom in those catchy one-liners, and Ultron was basically just Stark carried to the logical extreme in the way that only an AI can manage. Same personality, too, which got on each other's nerves and made for some cool interactions.

It depends on what is defined as “death.” I’m no lawyer so I can’t say for sure. But theoretically if you “kill” one Ultron body then Ultron will just exist in another body. And Ultron has at least like a few thousand bodies. But if it’s “killing” Ultron’s consciousness, which is the more likely definition, then yeah I suppose there’s no way for him to survive that..

I read Ronan’s page on the mcu wiki and found a few more criminal charges in addition to what you shown here:
1: War Crimes in Captain Marvel when he orders ballistic missiles to be dropped on earth; a group of them could wipe out all life so I think it’d be war crimes.
2: 2 extra mass murder charges, 1 on the Kylosian population (Drax’s species) and another on the guards and prisoners in the Kyln
3: another attempted murder of Drax when he chokes him on the dark aster.
This would result in his sentence being increased to 5 death sentences and 100,004 life sentences (6 deaths and 4 life if you convert the 100k ppl he killed at xandar to a death sentence)

Out of all the crimes in this video I think we can all agree that no-one wants to get charged with timeout. That stuff is no joke.
Now I really want to see villains like Ronan being brought to court. Normally they just get kind or lynched in an act of self-justice, but it would be really interesting if the law punished them as it should be in real life.

Quick correction. If I remember correctly, Helen Cho didn’t die from Ultron’s blast, as she is later seen alive in the Avengers compound. So that alters the count in that instance from 4 murders to 3 murders and one attempted murder.

The funny thing about ultron's sentencing in particular is that it's technically possible for him to serve out all of those sentences. Being an immortal AI with multiple instances, he could actually serve multiple life and death sentences concurrently.

@@sheepriderkiller1181 Actually, that's not the point of a death sentence, at least from a legal standpoint. There are instances of people who have survived executions by firing squad, etc. and been let go because their sentences have been served. Destroying one bot instance of Ultron would likely satisfy a death sentence, at least so far as the legal system is concerned. It's unlikely that Ultron would ever be tried by a legal system in the real world, (likely would be treated similarly to rogue nations or terrorist groups, with military response rather than civil enforcement), and would accordingly be wiped out entirely, as the issue of any conventional punishment being utterly ineffective does exist, so I can see where you're coming from.
@@sheepriderkiller1181 Removing Ultron from the internet wouldn't kill him it would just cut off his internet access, but he would survive. He has thousands of different bodies and could just access those. If those get destroyed Ultron could make a new body and send it to a technologically advanced planet and infect their technology. Unless you destroy his original form, all his extra bodies, and all the servers he's connected to, Ultron will live forever.

I know this came out months ago, but I still need to point this out. At 2:34 the silver car the Winter Soldier shot was a Pontiac Solstice. According to Carfax, they cost an average of $13,558. The is the best price to go off of because when the Winter Soldier came out, Pontiac no longer existed. You know what the best part is? When MOUSAIT said he was not a car expert, if you pause the video you can clearly see that the silver car says Solstice on the rear just before it gets blown up. As for the car blown up at 2:25, it’s too far away for me to identify and even when we get a close up it is only the top half. I have no clue what car that one is.
One slight issue with Ultron’s is that Helen Cho did live after Ultron attacked her. I say that’s an attempted murder charge.

You miss a lot of add on charges in these videos. A person can be charged with more than one crime for the same action. Like when the winter soldier blew up Fury’s car, could have added discharge of a firearm in city limits, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of an explosive device, unlawful discharge of an explosive, reckless endangerment to the other vehicles/drivers, domestic terrorism, destruction of government property (the road), concealing identity while carrying a firearm, and even pettier crimes like jaywalking and disturbing the peace.
Also, I’m not sure if Nick Fury counts as a government official or not which would add more up-charges to attempted murder and make it an assassination attempt.

This is hilarious for me to watch. And the best part is that it isn’t just the crimes everyone knows about. I take law so it’s nice to see some videos on the crimes of villains that show more of their crimes. AND you see the sentence/compensations they have to serve, so it’s just nice.

Altitudes above 12 miles are generally considered "high seas," (at least in sea-level parts of the U.S.), so any deaths in space, and potentially on other planets, might be subject to the Death On the High Seas Act (DOHSA), in case that would affect the crime or sentence.
Also worth noting that DOHSA has a statute of limitations of 3 years, so any crimes committed more than 3 light-years away from Earth would be physically impossible to file charges for before the statute runs out.

At 9:18 could it not also be argued that they were only present on the ship as part of an operation to attempt to stop Ronan's attempt to destroy the planet and all the people on it? Thus making him culpable for the harm that takes place in the fallout since he not only was attempting said action but also had declared his intention to do so?
In the future, for characters who are exonerated from their crimes like Bucky and Gru, you should still put their sentences at the end, just adding on that the sentence was suspended so all the math doesn't go to waste
