Wow! Love brownies! I love them warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and hot fudge poured over ice cream and chopped pecans over the top! SO GOOD!
Yum. I love warm brownies with some vanilla (or whatever flavor), ice cream on top. I like to add caramel or chocolate sauce (or both lol) on top. It’s a fantastic, easy dessert that everyone loves (except my rear and hips 😉). Happy Father’s Day to Chris and all the dads out there!

I had a “Favorite Brownie “ recipe from my Hershey Cookies and Brownies Cook Book it had a Great brownie too, but it had a really rich chocolate frosting to top it off. I never used the frosting when I made my brownies because the brownies are so rich and good! I have lost my book! Or, 1 of my 2children walked off with it! Lol! They wanted to make their children and friends the Favorite Brownies from their childhood! My 2nd Grandson loves this recipe too! He is only 10 yet he loves making and baking brownies too! I was wondering if by chance you have that recipe too? In the meantime I will use your recipe cause as you say, 1 batch is never enough! It just teases your taste buds! My Mother was a Great Cook too! I fallowed her and went on to bake and cook my own recipes to add with hers. I passed my love for cooking and baking on to both my son and daughter. I have found 1 of my greatest pleasures in baking & cooking with all 6 of my Grandchildren! I just have to Thank God for allowing me to spend extra “Sweet” times with my family and friends! May God continue to bless you with all your heart and love for bringing lasting gifts of Great food and fun the sharing of it !

QUESTION: Regarding the 2 sticks of butter ( 1 melted ).. When do you add the room temp stick of butter? I JUST made them, since I had no time to come to my computer, I melted 1 stick, then I diced up the COLD butter into the melted warm butter, let it sit, then mixed it into my mixing bowl. --- The BEST Brownies Ever.
