Hello. I currently have the DL08 where my ipad can fit in the tray. this allows me to play break music from my ipad thru my mixer when the band is on break. With the newer dL16s or DL32s, how does one play their ipad break music since there is no tray to connect to?
Thank you man! Do you have an idea how to reestablish or reconfigure a DL32R wifi situation, if there has been one of a previous user that is no longer around on that same system, but you dont have the access data - say for the AirPort. is there a way to sort of factory reset an AirPort?
Apparently no. Bums me out as this is already an expensive mixer; why should we need to buy a separate router and all this extra mess? I'd rather use a $200 analog mixer and throw the iPad, router, and giant box away honestly. No wonder this got discontinued

I believe I've found the silver bullet for losing connectivity. Set everything up with static IPs and make your wireless router a bridge. You'll never lose connection as long as your iPad is on and you're in range of the wifi.
Johnny Garcia The new version of Master Fader will eventually support PC control for the DL32R, but I don’t think it’s ready just yet. Look up the Master Fader 5 “timeline” document on Google for more reliable info.

Do you really need the router? Can you control with the Cat 5 from the camera adapter connected directly to the ethernet port on the DL32R?

Not powered, so yup you’ll need amps or powered speakers.

Is it possible to connect a laptop that has a RJ45 connector straight to the router and use it to control the RL32r?
Control from a PC doesn't exist yet, but Mackie says it's coming soon.
I think this is the only rack mixer of this type that doesn't offer it so I look forward to that being rectified.
