I made this yesterday! It’s delicious and it’s pretty quick to make if you’ve got a stand/electric mixer. It was a bit too tart for me personally so I think next time I’ll add in more whipped cream or just fold in melted white chocolate. Thanks so much for posting this!

***Read Before Making *** Make sure your egg and syrup mixture is AS COLD AS the whipped cream or the filling will be too fluid. I had to buy the lady fingers...for some reason(I'm not a pastry chef) I could not perfect the lady fingers recipe. I made them twice! I ultimately made a disc from a scones recipe from somewhere else. But I thank her for this recipe. I've entered it in a cake contest.
That lemon mousse would be delightful in a sweet pie crust, a sugar cookie crust, or even a read crust. I would sun strawberries fir the raspberries, though. I adore lemon anything but the addition of tart raspberries is a little too much tartness.
