میں نے دیکھا ہے کہ انڈیا میں خمیری تندوری روٹیاں عموماً بہت تیز آنچ پہ پکاتے ہیں شاید اسی لئے کہیں نہ کہیں سے کالی یا جلی ہوتی ہے جب کہ یہی روٹی کراچی میں زیادہ ٹائم میں بنائی جاتی ہے اور جلی نہیں ہوتی بلکہ براؤن سے زیادہ نہیں ہونے دیا جاتا۔
بہرالحال وڈیو اچھی لگی اور بتانے کا طریقہ بھی اپ کا بہت اچھا ہے، دیگر ویڈیوز بھی دیکھیں اور اچھی لگیں۔ ماشاءاللہ
