Jisse ki ek patli si parat ( thin layer) banti hai.1/2 minutes me palite se pani lagakar halkese tawe se chhudakar palta jata hai aur tawe me hi 1/2 minutes seka jata hai. Aur phir aanch par sekte hai. Chulhe ki Bhakri ka jawab nahi. Baingan, koi bhi dal, sing dane ki chutney, patta sabjia in sab ke sath khayi jati hai. Pachne me gehu se halki aur aushadhiy hai. Basi Bhakri to aur bhi swadisht lagti hai. Bajri, Nachna aur chawal ki bhi bhakri pradesh anusar banate hai.
Excellent idea!who had designed this oven for the first time and when was it made? It must have been many years back.. Our ancestors had plenty of creative skills. This is a very economical oven. It can save much fuel as the heat is maintained for longer duration. Every family needs one oven. Its food are very delicious and nourishing. However, one should normally eat the roti immediately after baked for best results. Congrats to our fore fathers who invented it in prachin AKHAND BHARAT. JAIHIND. Jai AKHAND BHARAT. VANDE MATHRAM
When you add sand you can also add crushed broken glass. It has higher specific heat and like sand it helps to keep the tandoor at high temperature for longer time of use....it was a good video.

Glad fir showing it. I always wonder about the Tandoor In Rab ne banayi Jodi, Anushka Sharma make Biryani it it. Please show how they make that bucket tandoor for Biryani.
Excellent Taya ji , isme experiment karke irish coffee ki vyavastha bhi ho jaegi. Jab khet lunga kabhi tab wahi try karunga, yaha to ghar wale nikal denge ye banaya to. Thanks PS: reason for lassi and salt may be because lassi me lime hota he (Calcium Oxide) or namak dalne se ye calcium oxide pura set nahi hota, ek perforated layer banadeta he, ispe jab bhi moisture jaega tab ue or majbut ho jaega.
