I hope we don’t just get multiple houses on one lot. I want multi functional lots so we can choose to have multiple residential places and a restaurant and a bar or something. Idk. I want that so bad.
I think multiple functional houses would be cool to see especially if you could put other things on the lots like a laundry mat. I would love to do a apartment complex build
What i wish had come with City Living was the ability to build our own fuctioning apartments like witth sim 2 Apartment Life. i remember building a whole cul-de-sac of "houses" they really were apartments. swear graphics are better in s4 but nothing came close to gamplay and real life details of the s2. and thats facts.
I played a Scenario for one generation. sent the kids out when they aged up. played with Mom and Dad until Game Over. I'd never played with elders before. it was so emotional and refreshing. lot's of dates, outings to the park, and vacations.
I would love it if we got what you’ve described! 😊. Being a landlord, running a hotel, retirement homes, multiple family lots…that would be a dream come true 💛💛. Come on Sims team..hear Steven and his peeps…fulfill our wish!
I felt like San Sequoia would have been a great world for townhouses AND apartments. But they dropped the ball on that one so I won't get my hopes up. Retirement homes would be cool especially if they use the discover university dorm system for it.
I love this!! I move to Montréal 5 years ago and was sooo inspired by the townhouse neighborhoods around me that I've been building almost exclusively townhouses for my families ☺️ Many are duplex/ triplex and they always have these beautiful outdoor stairways that take you to each unit.
I would really like townhouses and proper apartments! I've been wanting to do a similar build, but I've been holding off just in case we get a proper pack with the functionality. Fingers crossed! Haha
Love your build! ❤ By the way, regarding your comment on the Modern Lux kit. The TV/Artwork combo wasn’t a “genius” idea that they came up with. If you play with mods it was already in your game a long time ago. I think they copied it from Felixandre/HeyHarrie. Even stuff like the cookbook in the Chef stuff pack was copied from modders. So, the true geniuses are our Sims 4 modders and CC creators! 😊

I literally had no clue I made this video way before any announcement or leaks. I like to speculate and guess on what I like to see in the game based off previous sims games. I'm just glad my some of guesses were right.
I had no idea what was coming, I want it to be true since housing in ts4 is expensive and my sims are broke. So based off the roadmap I like to speculate/imagine and guess what I think it might be so I think of creative I could build/do. I recorded this months ago around the time when we got the roadmap and built it on twitch. So my chat and I built this together thinking we would get townhouses one day.
Forgive me, I’m about to get salty! Oh my gosh, “I see no reason to play with elders” : Listen, no hate, I know you mean that the game lacks elder content. But hear me out, the last thing elders irl want is to be put in a “home” - old people are as varied as people at any age. Old people are Film Directors, College Professors, Dance teachers, Botanists, world travelers, neurologists, artists, authors, beachcombers, activists, entrepreneurs, criminal masterminds, “new parents” raising their grandchildren in loco parentis, forest rangers… The only thing stopping interesting elder game play are built in biases in the game which puts unrealistic physical restrictions on elders. And those ridiculous idle animations. And those faces! Thank god I can use cc! I use a non-default skin to create a fresh palette then add in the details that time marks us all with, but in different ways. I haven’t had a sim die of old age yet and I’ve been playing the same save files since prepandemic. My old people can’t die yet, they got things to do! Adore your build, by the way! So talented. I agree with you about the rentals in the sims 2 - it was simple, fun, and it worked! Evergreen Harbor has its charms and I love San Myshuno’s vibe, but nothing can replace the freedom to create rental lots of all types. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous lot and your thoughts 💚
Nope no clue I like to guess and speculate alot. I'm not joking I love thinking of different ideas of what we could get based off what I want and what we had in the previous games. I like to be creative and tell stories with my builds
