Duirng the construction I've used TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod for more convinient object rotation, but you don't need it if you're going to download the house.

Building Tips:
1. Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
Input Cheat Codes:
bb.moveobjects
bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode.
2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360°
3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object.
4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.

The attention to detail on these is outstanding. They look so realistic.
The exterior is so ecstatisly pleasing to the eye. Love the little balconies to add dept and great choice of wallpaper combo’s. Love the styles of each flat!! 😍👌🏼
I really love the layout of each apartment and the shared space. I may not be living in an apartment complex but I really think this build was closer to reality than any other builds I watched. Keep up the good work❤

How cool! Looks great! I wish they'd give us more info on the lot requirements. Like, if all units need their own water heater and power boxes, or if one of each in a shared space will cover the entire lot. I'm also hoping they'll tweak the CL elevator item so we can use them without mods or the CL pack at all.

Did you place a wall over part of that last closet?
And how did you make the window covers look as though they coule be slide over ? Like what item did you place across the top of the walls?
The build started are great but the individual apartments are too small. Some even cramped. Why have a common are for laundry then cram a washer into an already small apartment with hundreds of items on a lot that EA handles so well. 😂
