Soph! The reason the jeans feel restrictive is because the zipper doesn't go low enough in the groin. I always check for this in jeans! Makes them look better and they always feel more comfortable. Protip! 🙈❤
The peach slices stickers are my favorite for spots! They are a more affordable brand that stems from the high end brand Peach and Lily. Only spot dots I use 😍
Love these videos Soph. With the colour wow you would probably get better results using a brush and hair dryer as it used the friction and then going over with a curler or straightener as it’s heat activated where as the air wrap probably isn’t hot enough. It makes my hair SO silky! X
I took Colour Wow Dream Coat on holiday to Orlando in September. I found if I dried it and then slept in a silk hair wrap the little frizz remaining was gone in the morning. And it handled the humidity brilliantly - even after getting wet on the front row of Splash Mountain!
The hydrocolloid spot stickers only reallt work on spots with a head reguardless of what brand. They work by drawing out the pus which is why they turn white but if your spot doesnt have anything to draw out it wont work. They can be used to stop you touching/picking your spot though. Hope this helps
Yes, agree! if you look at the 4 stages of acne formation: it's only really at the last stage where the pus reaches the epidermis (the top layer of skin) and i think the hydrocolloid patch doesn't penetrate deeper than that.

I really like the Color Wow Dream Coat. It doesn't completely calm the frizz, esp on the top of my head but on my lengths and ends it does make my hair smooth. Plus I've tested it in the rain and it definitely makes a significant difference. Usually I have to wash my hair after it gets caught in the rain cause it's a frizz bomb but I don't need to if I've used the Dream Coat! And the bottle also lasts for a lot longer than you might expect! I basically soak my hair in the stuff and the bottle still lasts foreverrr.

As a hair dresser, and a heavy user of colorwow. You used the straight hair dreamcoat, they have a dream coat for curly hair which would help w that last bit of frizz. Aldo yes, u do have to use a lot but the bottle will still last u up to 6 months
Not sure if you’ll see this but have you tried revolutions miracle cream and also their colloidal silver serum? The silver is supposed to be really good for healing spots. It’s also causes a lot less reaction for my skin which is super sensitive than other things. Thanks for the videos this year 💖

i use the truly star prevention star acne patches that genuinely help with my scarring, they are $10 usd and you get 36 stars that also cover the pimple and look cute if you wanted to wear them during the day. they are sold at ulta in the US so i’m not sure if their website ships to the uk but it’s definitely worth looking into because they’ve helped me a lot and i’m the same way with not being able to leave a spot alone lol. love your videos and have watch you for years!
That WOW spray has been amazing for me. My hair is crazy thick and wavy. It lasts thru 3-4 washes too. So you don't use it as often either. My hair has gotten wet and it did not frizz. You've got to finish your whole head and it does last thru those couple of washes.
all spot stickers are basically just hydrocolloid patches!! you can get them in Boots for like £4 in the form of a plaster - they're larger AND thicker so they absorb pimple fluids so much better imo
Hey Soph! I didn't really like Color Wow either, I felt like it didn't do that much with my frizz and it made my hair feel super heavy and full of product... I recommend the Brigeo blow dry cream for frizzy hair, it´s my fav!!! :)

As an American, do not judge all of our chocolate on Hershey’s or from companies like Mars etc. 😭 Those are toxic sludge made to look and feel like chocolate. 😭

The BEST spot stickers I have used are the Cos-RX ones, the standard ones in the red and white packet... I've tried countless others and noneeeee stick as well and pull as much out as those! I find other stickers pull out a lot of oil from my skin but leave the spot as it is, whereas the cos-rx ones just pull out the gunk from the spot!

I use the cosrx pimple patches. I get them on Amazon! They have 2 or 3 different sizes that come in each package, which I love because not all pimples are the same size. Plus James Welsh recommended cosrx once and I have been following the Welsh brothers since the pandemic hit.
The itk gel moisturizer is great! I have super oily skin & it completely sinks in & keeps oil away & balanced. I love it! If you have oily skin or SUPER oily skin I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it
I have a shaved head, so I don’t use it at the moment, but I swore by the Wow spray when my hair was long. I have curly, frizzy hair that just poofs… but the dream coat colorWow spray is my holy grail! Spray it on wet hair- it has NO SCENT- and blow your hair out. It’s amazing!!! As for spot patches… I have been using them differently lately, and it’s been revolutionary! I don’t wait for them to come to a head. I get a little alcohol, clean my skin and a sharp tool (sanitizer!), and poke a teeny hole in the spot, then put the spot-dot on overnight. I also do NOT spend on big expensive ones. All you need is a hydrocoloid strip, like you would use on a blister, as they pull the fluid out. It works so so so well! Welly patches (the Band-aid company) makes some!
I am not sure why the WOW stuff says to saturate, because it doesn’t need to be. I section off my damp hair, spray a little on, (like 1-2 pumps) then I seal it in with my Revlon brush. I do this in several sections until I’ve done my whole head. Spraying it on as they suggest makes my hair feel gross like it has a ton of product. I use it for more of its smoothing effect and it really helps my frizz with out making it feel heavy.

And the jeans will stretch, they’re always tight in that area, but it’s the first to stretch, I think you’ll find the next size will be too big in the waist and then that area you’re having issues with in the size 8 wile definitely stretch too much in the 10. The Colorwow works well if you saturate partially dried hair with it and then if you add your favorite blow dry spray/leave-in spray on top of it before you blow dry it. I dislike the way it feels afterward on blow-dried hair (like a thin layer of film on your hair). It worked well in the hot humid heat of Texas this summer (109 F!!!). I am not a fan of the Kardashians or their extensions, so I was hesitant to buy it, but it tamed my otherwise frizzy curly hair and left it smooth with minimum frizz for almost a week without touch ups.

The itk packaging is cuuuuuuute. The micro needle patches are way more expensive than normal ones and are supposed to be more effective.

Starface pimple patches are quite good
The Colorwow works well if you saturate partially dried hair with it and then if you add your favorite blow dry spray/leave-in spray on top of it before you blow dry it. I dislike the way it feels afterward on blow-dried hair (like a thin layer of film on your hair). It worked well in the hot humid heat of Texas this summer (109 F!!!). I am not a fan of the Kardashians or their extensions, so I was hesitant to buy it, but it tamed my otherwise frizzy curly hair and left it smooth with minimum frizz for almost a week without touch ups.
