- The essential practices in Pure Land Buddhism is "I wish to go to Amitabha Buddha Pure Land". By transforming our mind and practicing the visualization with total concentration, and trusting that one will be reborn in the Buddha's Pure Land. Then everything can happen. In the theory, there are 4 major Causes to Amitabha Buddha's Western Pure Land for whoever seeking to liberate from this Samsara for future life. The wondrous Amitabha Buddha of Infinite Light sits with the Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara to his right and the Great Strength Bodhisattva Vajrapani to his left and is surrounded by an assembly of countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
In the place of wondrous and boundless joy and happiness, that is the Amitabha Buddha’s Western Pure Land, the Blissful Paradise.
When the time comes for me to leave the present life, may I go there directly without any other birth upon the way.
Once there, may I see Amitaha face to face
May this my fervent prayer of aspiration, be blessed by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the ten directions. So that it is accomplished, without the slightest hindrance!
Wish rebirth to Amitabha's Western Pure Land !
