I gotta start drinking raw milk. I ran 100k a few weeks ago and I brought some small horizon chocolate milks with me on the trail and they were the bomb diggity.

Great vid but the dogs eating the egg shells had to be the highlight. Maybe a shorts on random things your dogs eat is in order.
5AM, he switches the light on, dressed and ready to go. Can t he wait for 6am? The 100 miles won t leave without him.

That is a lot of meat per day, wow. What is your opinion abut wegetarian diet for ultra runs?
I personally thrive on meat, dairy, and fruit. I think the biggest thing for diet is just finding what makes you feel and perform best!
