Anime itself has become cliche. Just look at.....ALL shounon anime or however you spell it. For each genre of anime, everyone in that category all are very similar to one another with exception of a select few.
Everyone's talking about seeing a "hundred" similar animes but not one has mentioned Infinite Stratos. Yeah there's tons similar but none are as so comparable as the two.

You can pretty much tell how unpopular this series was if they never bothered to released a BGM CD....like any self-respecting show releases its BGM OST lol. Like literally for the life of me I can't find the BGM for their trailer.
I wrote what I thought a season 2 would look like before I found out there was already a manga (this was my first non dragonball/pokemon anime so I didn't understand how things worked back then)
The light novel actually ended (Last volume came out in October 2018) and you really don't want to know how it ended, so there won't be another season xD
PSA: No season 2. The studio went bankrupt. So that also means no new seasons for testament of sister new devil or masou gakuen hxh or any others by the studio (besides date a live apparently).

It seems that the light novels didn't do well it ended with 6-8 volumes when the standar it's 13-20 volumes.
