I was just channeling my inner Bob this weekend, telling my daughter about happy little accidents while she was working on her first acrylic painting. It came out great, I hope we made Bob proud.
I did something similar where i tried to make seasoned bean sprouts and they were so bad i just rinsed them off and ate them as rinsed seasoned beansprouts.
At home when my gran cooks food, if the potatoes gets a bit mush she just makes them into curry and adds the other stuff so it still stays good to eat with rice, your idea is also amazing lisa!!!

Hey Lisa! A quick tip: if you’re cubing your potatoes so small, you can actually just throw them straight into the pan. As they toast up they cook through! If you want to you can even add a splash of water and steam them while they’re roasting. Also- I would add the onions first just because they take longer to cook. Then you don’t risk burning your garlic and getting that gross burnt taste. No hate Much love keep being you!!

Add vinegar to boil water and cook the potatoes in oil in a wide pawn seperate from onions and garlic once potatoes are crisp reintroduce the onions and garlic and sausage
