Lisa- YOU NEED TO TRY DIS. Basically you wrap ramen and seaweed in any pastry, and add spices, flavour, cheese or whatever you want on it! Its very epic dish. I usually .like mine with egg. ALSO I WAS HERE DURING THE PREMIERE!!!!
Oh, its just a dif recipe, you can ise homemade noodles for it to, i usually like mine normally dipped in the broth, i do ad a tiny bit of ghost pepper sauce because my spice intolerance is broken and nothing besides like the worlds tinest amount :D
@@auztistc Its also a bit more of a dipping roll, you can also have any topping, but in the comment are my recommendations! Just saying because its more of a comfort food !
Hey Lisa, I got celiac disease a few years ago and so im allergic to flour. I miss ramen so much, but I saw you add a new powder in to make noodles chewy. Would you try a gluten free noodle challenge?
Amie Kelly There are lots of asian dishes and soups that use naturally gluten free noodles like rice noodles, sweet potato noodles mung bean noodles etc. It’s not ramen but for soup with rice noodles in it pho is a great option.
Amie Kelly Lotus Foods sells Gluten Free Rice Ramen noodles which taste pretty good both with seasoning and just the plain noodles. Buckwheat Ramen noodles are another option that might be closer to what regular ramen noodles taste like.
You won’t believe this, but yesterday I finally watched Lisa’s second attempt at veg ramen - I had been putting it off for a while since it was a long video. Literally the moment I finished the video, this for released. Love you so much, Lisa 💕
The part when you finished the bowl with the carrots, mushrooms, green onions, toppings, perfect ramen noodles and the sushi sheets, it looked so good that I can maybe try to do it in the future! Thank you so much for uploading this video.
I love seeing Lisa make these full TH-cam videos ❤️ and I love how she always communicates with her viewers by listening to their tips and trying new dishes they recommend. Thank you Lisa. It's great to see how far you've come 💯
Hey lisa! You should try this: In a bowl add 6 tbsp ketchup 4 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp red pepper powder 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp oregano Mix Then cook chicken flavoured maggi or knorr noodles( they shouldn't be too soupy )and add about a tbsp of the sauce into it
Those looks so delicious!! I know you must felt so tired doing all that yourself!! Really great looking ramen you making lisa, loves to watch your growth 🥰
Awww Lisaaa 🥺😍 I'm super proud of u & your cooking journey ♥️ I love how much you're getting better in everything u do ♥️ You're super inspiring✨🌠 I love u Lisa 😘💗 Much love from Egypt 🇪🇬♥️
Pastry cutter/bench scraper is what you need to get (could be called by either name depending on region). Also, a painting spatula makes a great substitute -- it's just narrower. I love watching you try new things. I was a professional cook for many years (no culinary school, so not a chef, although I learned from a few good ones), but I have been making a serious effort to expand my repertoire.
When I make my own ramen noodles, I knead the dough a little before letting it rest, I also let it rest twice before I actually start preparing the noodles.
I have had exactly the same struggles with the pasta maker that you did in this video haha. Always end up with a bunch of flour and dough bits everywhere when we try to make fresh pasta
really professional and well done video Lisa. I’m enjoying seeing your progress while you grow as a chef and a content creator. Looking forward to more videos like this one :)
Y'know, I love seeing the videos sponsored by Morning Star! Since it's hard to find halal premade meals, I've been eating Morning Star products and they lowkey taste like I'm eating meat! It's amazing man.
if you ever make it to Santa Barbara, California, go to this taqueria called Tacos Pipeye (pronounced pip-aye) and get the Cabeza tacos, add cilantro onion, tomatillo salsa (there's a little condiment stand on the side too) it is outstanding.
I want you to do another challenge which is recreating fast food items from scratch like Big Mac subway or any fast brand u want to try but each and everything should be from sctrach👀
when the ramen dough was unveiled,i didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. i thought it would rise like bread, and then it was like “well, what did you expect!?”
Thanks to everyone for supporting this channel! Wouldn't be here without y'all!

Hi GoldenGully
Hi
fourth
🔥 I agree.
Yes! A bench scraper is the tool most needed when making any kind of dough. It makes everything so much easier and faster and they are really cheap.
Hey Lisa, I got celiac disease a few years ago and so im allergic to flour. I miss ramen so much, but I saw you add a new powder in to make noodles chewy. Would you try a gluten free noodle challenge?
Oh my god yes please! I am coeliac as well and really miss any noodle dish!

Why don't you try to make noodles with whole wheat flour and rice flour hope you are not allergic to it 😔😔
@@akankshyasoreng2149 wheat has gluten which is what they are allergic to

The noodles came out so smooth from the machine lol
Love it Lisa!!!
I am so proud of you Lisa you finally got what you are happy with!!! Looks so yummy!!
I'd suggest to keep the fennel fronds (the green part)! They're great garnishes for mashed potatoes or steak dishes or even ramen
The part when you finished the bowl with the carrots, mushrooms, green onions, toppings, perfect ramen noodles and the sushi sheets, it looked so good that I can maybe try to do it in the future! Thank you so much for uploading this video.
omg lisa, i'm so proud of you 😭😭 this gave me so much courage to try new things and never give up as long as i enjoy it 😭
Its so satisfying to see her get Bett and better at making making ramen 😭
I love seeing Lisa make these full TH-cam videos ❤️ and I love how she always communicates with her viewers by listening to their tips and trying new dishes they recommend.
Thank you Lisa. It's great to see how far you've come 💯
It makes me so happy seeing how successful you were at making Ramen from scratch! I really want to try this, I'm gonna save the video! ❤️
Hey lisa! You should try this:
In a bowl add
6 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp red pepper powder
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp oregano
Mix
Then cook chicken flavoured maggi or knorr noodles( they shouldn't be too soupy )and add about a tbsp of the sauce into it
Hey thats how I eat maggie too! Except oregano and I eyeball the amount of soy sauce because there is never too much soy sauce (Or maybe just me)
7:50 A Bench scraper dear Lisa.
Also. A very well done video 👏🏻
