Ive been vacillating over whether or not to dopumkin. Ive got some good stuff to "fall" back on, but it requires an actual pumpkin and infusing the spirit. - But there are shortcuts.

My wife just got her work bonus and it's all going to stocking up on ingredients for this drink.

try and get the same brand of apple butter I used - its perfect for this recipe and its not expensive. (artisanal "fancy" brands can be pricey) cinnamon syrup is cheap and easy to make, you just need about 4-12 hours to let it sit.
overall, its inexpensive per drink. The Bourbon I used works great.
