As a producer, they gotta be, people dont understand all the intricacies of engineering a beat, you HAVE to hear every little thing. It's not just picking instruments and looping them, there is a ton of Sonics you have to pay attention to and tweak for a long time to get it perfect. That's why producers can seel beats for a pretty penny, if it was easy, everyone would do it.
I was able to notice it one he pointed that out. It's not easy to hear tho.

Dude I love your reactions it's such a nice change of pace from other reactions, I get to just tune out the lyrics and listen to the beats that I never would have noticed before.
Eminem uses alliteration to provide his own beat/cadence. It's a byproduct of coming up through battle rap, which is all a capella. He's learned to turn his syllables into a sort of note, and is such a prolific writer that he can tell a coherent story while still keeping the flow natural-sounding - and then he comes in at the end and is just honestly showing off.

It's more complex for sure. "Better" is subjective. This instrumental is much simpler, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's worse. Sometimes simple is as or more effective than complex but for me, nearly every beat on the album goes hard, which is interesting because Em isn't always known for selecting the best beats. He has been hit or miss in that department over the years but on this album he has definitely made it a focus and you can tell. He knows people have been saying his sound is dated so he decided to spend more time on finding the best ones that exemplify a modern sound. So now, he sounds fresher than in the past because of the beats, even though he is still generally doing the same kind of rapping he has always done. He obviously cares about his legacy and you can tell, he doesn't need the money and he is still putting everything he has into it. He cares about being great and what people say about him DOES affect him. I think that's great though, because that's how you become and sustain greatness in this game. Hopefully, for however long he continues to rap, he will be sure to put as much focus on beat selection as he does his rhymes.

I'm an em fan and the only song by juice that I've heard is lucid dreams. When I heard this one, man, his style compliments em's so much. It's like after listening to em, trying to decipher his lyrcis and all his double entendre, you start to get exhausted. Then juice comes along like "bruh, come chill for a bit". Something like that, you know? It's like a roller coaster of a song.

Seriously, I have been all about hearing what Eminem was saying that I didn't even notice those parts of the music you brought to our attention. Now, I know. I want to say, that I don't know anyone who doesn't like this album. I'm only hearing the good stuff about it. So you and I must not be seeing or hearing the same stuff. Also, I noticed some folks think Eminem purposefully didn't allow Juice to do a verse. Well, he was working on it. Guess what? He died before he could lay it down. So not sure what is up with all the silly business I'm reading below. Everyone has a different view on what they prefer and what they like. Accept that folks. Eminem is a different type of rapper from Juice Wrld. And Juice has his own unique style. It doesn't matter his style. Eminem sure did appreciate him enough to want to feature him on his song Godzilla. And Juice looked up to Eminem. It doesn't matter what age Em was when he was doing albums. Eminem was one of those "GIANTS" who fought and worked and "spit" fire like hell to get where he did. And Juice admired that.
