In this episode, we have a very special guest; Shri SM Sahai IPS (Retd). He is a Retd IPS Officer 1987 batch of the J&K AGMUT cadre. He has also served as an Additional Secretary of, the Internal Affairs Division in the National Security Council Secretariat under the Prime Minister’s Office (2016-2023).
SM Sahai IPS (Retd) shared his experience and knowledge that he gained throughout his professional life. He dwelled upon topics like the truth about The Kashmir Files and the unrealistic portrayal of facts, the key difference between a terrorist and an insurgent, Article 370, and the present-day scenario of Kashmir.

I came here after watching movie Article 370. I think the guest is phenomenal but the interviewer is doing a terrible job with asking question. Needs needs to be better prepared.

He’s wrong when he says that it’s only Indian constituent assembly who gave 370. Whileas It was actually the instrument of accession and the conditions of accession set up by Maharaja in his letter dated 27 Oct 1947, that was framed as article 370 of Indian constitution.
It was a conditional accession. Not an unconditional merger so to say.
So, creating Pakistan, Two nation theory is bougus? Try to check who advice PM Nehru to take Kashmir problem to UN with fuzzy section? At that time Indian army was in Lahore, Faisalabad ( who told to pull out ?)

Neither India nor the State can unilaterally amend or abrogate the Article except in accordance with the terms of the Article. Article 370 embodied six special provisions for Jammu and Kashmir. It exempted the State from the complete applicability of the Constitution of India.
