She looks beautiful! I love the subtle and yellow shadings of this Chun-Li because it captures the Street Fighter Alpha aesthetic!
I also love the fact how she balances the anime aesthetic with realism.
But Chun-Li is a video game character. Why does everyone list everything as anime nowadays? I see it with cons too that aren't even anime focused. It's like it's taken over all of geekdom.

Anime pretty much became an art style so if it looks like it them it gets called that. Anime is short for animation so in Japan anything that's animation is anime even Pixar movies to king of the hill and SpongeBob. It used to grind my gears long ago but honestly it doesn't matter. Don't worry about it.
