Thanks :) In terms of making videos - just go for it and don't worry if it's not perfect - hell minenever are. just have fun making something, point your camera or phone at it, and imagine you're explaining to a friend what you're doing. Then chuck the recording on TH-cam. You kinda learn as you go along :) No one minds if it's a bit amateurish at first - or even always! It's all about just having fun sharing

As usual the simple ideas seem to be the best. I was swearing at some tiny beads when the idea came to me lol. Today I peeled the silicone off and did them aresh too. Thanks for your support

Cool! I have some of that fusible iridescent stuff somewhere too. Beautiful! I wonder why it is that black nail gels cure quite well (I'm wearing some right now) I wonder if theres a difference between the uv resins and nail gel polish. Anyway, thanks for this!

bit of a hack for black uv resin . cheap black nail polish put down a layer of clear cure it paint with black or any colour nail polish wait to dry sorted . hope you try this and it helps.

It's amazing what you can use nail art stuff for. the other one I do regularly is just flip it over and use alcohol ink then top coat. The object here was to try actual black pigment in UV resin :)
I don't use paint, I use pigment or alcohol ink. Nowadays I also use actual coloured UV resin too. All the info for what's used in this video is shown in the video and links for the products are in the video description
Hi! I have a question! I live in US and maybe we don’t share the same products but, what is the brand of your black paint you mixed with the resin? I can’t find a deep black to work with uv resin. Thank you!
It's not paint. Paint doesn't generally work in resin. It's pigment resin colourant and it's from Vista. The other brand I u se is Just4YouOnlineUK.com. both ship worldwide. the links for everything I use is always inthe video description
Definitely use gloves because if you have it on your hands by accident and go near the UV light, it will cure on your skin. And that leaves a messy situation... itching, scabbing, and peeling skin and extremely sore fingers and thumbs. No fun at all, I say as I'm dealing with it for the third time. 😢 maybe I've learned my lesson this time.

Not sure, nor how to find out but it makes sense that anything that blocks light would prevent curing. I've never understood why nail gel works

Yes I’ve mentioned this in my previous videos. I just wipe my hands before curing if I get any on my skin. Did it once, never again 😊
