- 🚗OMG! This is the first time I have looked in such detail at Chameleon & Ethereal Powders from the Tiny Turner, supplied by Toonpish Crafts. I've used them before in projects and been blown away by these pigments, so decided (and by viewer request) to hone in on them and to a detailed review on them, especially focusing on white, black and clear epoxy resin backing. You all wanted to know what difference the backing made. So here it is

Love them all. The clear looks like opal and the white background looks like mother of pearl. That is just my opinion

The cleaner you refer to can also be found at our dollar tree. Not sure what you have there. It is called a switching sponge. They seem to be quite handy. Love all these GORGEOUS colors. ❤Gail
Glad you like them. We don't have Dollar Tree here so I got mine from Amazon. there's no sponge to it, it's a powered thingy. I'll pop a video about it up soon. It's certainly handy :)

All the pigments are too beautiful 😍 💜,ms Tracey 😍. The biggest thing here is that each pigment got 3 different results, but all are beautiful, just need to change tha background color to achieve those lovely results. A very hrlpful tutorial to understand the nature of colors💜💜💜🙏

They look a lot like the Let's Resin intense chameleon powders. For those ones you can use white or clear and get just the same results as with black. And the amount you get is just as small, but with a super kick in color.
Can't wait to see you do the others. I think you should put these on matte board with labels. Get a cheap poster frame and you will have a nice reference art piece. Wendy should do one too for herself and the web pages.
Psst, from the mind of a homeschool mom. Label making would be a great thing for the kids to help with during summer holiday. 😜

Thank you for a more in-depth visual of these powders (putting an order in today😉). If what you are getting for the brush cleaner, is similar to what I have, you will love it. Does a tad bit better job that the jeans, (which I did/do also 🤣).

Yeh I could go on forever with all different colours, the possibilities are endless. Be a hell of a long video though lol. Over to you and all the other crafties to take it from here. I do have the flakes to review, and a couple of new release colours coming soon too
These are all so stunning! 💜 I bought the ethereal set and an assortment of the chameleon flakes and powders from Toonpish. Sadly I haven't had time to try them yet.

so, for me, left to right as looking at the screen, I'm giving clues to ppl that don't process well..me and others like me. black background very metallic =wow stunning! right to left = gives a vibrant shimmer. middle is ghost like so think ghostbusters slimer. all in all, all fantastic and i need a sugar daddy and need to bump off my hubby to find said guy..got it! You did a great job and I just have the daft head on.lol

I was just about to suggest that to a couple of you ladies that are my favorite to try out all the different chameleon powders it's not about being fair it's about what company does what nobody ever uses rolio or Baltic day or just a bunch of cheapies off of Amazon I want somebody to try them all out😊😊
I use Rolio :) I won't do an actual comparison brand Vs brand but happy to do a similar sampler exercise with Rolio, Nic Pro and Let's resin as those are all brands I use regularly. I'll add that to my to do list :)

See the amount and the price just holds me back as id probably end up using the wrong amount the brush cleaners are fab i used to use them at makeup parties when i was selling makeup/skincare
Best is to practice with cheaper ones first I think :) Yep the brush cleaner is pretty good, I'll p ut a little video out on it soon :)
I got a kind of brush cleaner think, I keep it in the bottom of my water pot for while I'm painting. It came free with makeup brushes I bought for my Mica powder application
Interesting. there are a few types out there i see now I have checked them out. I'll post up a video soon of the one I've got. It works well but it is still something I could live without I think. Still like it though :)

❤ Hi The all look beautifull, but the black makes it pop more, the clear,, give a crystal ab effect,, and the white give a more lighter effect to the black ones,, but I prefer using chameleon flakes myself, I just got a baby dragon mould,,, and I find the flakes give a more intense color to the piece,,, I have the Lets Resin brand chameleon powders and flakes, great video.

I’ve been using them to add an extra dimension to silk flower making and embroidery, they’re delicious!

I use polyvinyl alcohol crystal solution to make the stiffener for the silk and put it in there, it works a treat and there’s barely any transfer, I’ve got some examples on my Instagram
