es ist moglich die titel nur in DEUTSCH haben ? weil , ich Lerne Deutsch sprache , ich arbeite fur Deutsche firma und ich deutsch lernen brauchen , das ist wichtig fur mich zu lernen diese sprache , und ich und viele laute in dieses vidéos mit langsamler subtitel weil , das ist einfacher zu lesen

0:55 I'm not at all surprised to hear that Austrian politics is nontransparent, because other people would say the same about their own politics too. However, it surprises me to a certain extent that Austrian politics is much about "personal relationships". That's the kind of perception people would have of other parts of Europe such as southern Italy as well as its neighbor Latin countries. I guess politics is the same bag of shit no matter where you are.

Ich moechte mich bei Euch bedanken, Ich bin Italiener und habe in Wien studiert, das war allerdings. lange her, seit 97 lebe ich in der Dominikanischen Republik und obwohl ich Deutsch liebe, es ist zweifellos eine der Spachen, die man am Einfachsten und am Schnellsten verlernt. ich habe selten die Moeglichkeit mit jemanden zu sprechen und bin selbstvertsaendlich ziemlich ''verrostet''. Diese Videos, erinnern mich daran wie sehr ich diese Sprache liebe und helfen mir dabei ein wenig zu ueben und auf die Spruenge wieder zu kommen.

was bedeutet dieses Wort

Hier bedeutet Intransparenz dass etwas wird nicht ehrlich getan. Mit "Sie (Die Politik) ist sehr intransparent" meint man dass die Politiker nicht ehrlich sind und dass sie viele Sachen vor der Öffentlichkeit verheimlichen.
Ich weiss nicht, wie Transparenzstandards zu erklären...
Ich hoffe dass es Sinn macht, mein Deutsch ist nicht perfekt haha.
transparent = durchsichtig = auch der Hintergrund ist klar erkennbar.
intransparent = undurchsichtig (nicht durchsichtig) = der Hintergrund ist nur zu erahnen oder fast nicht erkennbar.
Transparent ist zum Beispiel eine Fensterscheibe oder eine normale Glastür.
Intransparent sind zum Beispiel oft Duschkabinen oder Toilettenfenster. Geriffeltes Plastik oder Glas, das zwar noch Licht durchlässt, aber durch das man nicht mehr erkennen kann, welcher Mensch sich dahinter befindet und was er dort tut.

My God! Austrians are THEEE MOST FRIENDLIEST --- not to mention ATTRACTIVE --- people in Europe!!!!! I am stunned at how gorgeous and friendly they all were (with the exception of the old man who just walked away without answering Mathias) and very straightforward --- something that I don't see much of in North America!

Viele Österreicher_innen haben die Politiker in Österreşch mal kritisiert. Das kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, weil es in jedem Land Probleme gibt. Meiner Ansicht nach ist Österreich ein stabiles demokratisches Land, wo man wohlbehalten leben darf. Wenn man Österreich mit Deutschland vergeichen würde, stellt man schnell fest, dass die Politik in Deutschland wichtigerer Rolle für Europa spielt als Österreich. Aus diesem Grund ist es ganz normal für Deutschen, dass sie die Politik in Österreich für unwichtig halten.
