Once you un-box a semi auto shotgun, clean the manufacturing gorilla snot out of the trigger assembly with gun scrubber spray then lube it real good. Take the bolt apart and clean the heck out of it with degreaser and a bronze brush and get inside and every outside corner clean. Lube it real good. Clean out the receiver and action bars. Clean the recoil tube and spring and put a thin coating of grease on the tube. DON'T lube the gas piston!! Just clean and dry it! Now assemble it and work the action a bunch of times to spread the lube around. I use Winchester High Velocity Steel (size 7) shot with a cylinder choke in all my new autos and never have or had an issue. Drip a bit of lube on the bolt about every box of shells. Gas Autos need to be run wet. Have fun!

*High Brass and Low Brass shells are not the issue.* Oil the gun on all moving parts, (most people don't oil them at all) and it will shoot most Law Brass shells as long as you stay in 1-1/8 oz range, and some 1 oz loads if they exceed 1300 fps. Some of them will shoot anything you put through them.

Bought mine in Aug this year(2022) unboxed it for dove season opener went out and it did just what yours is doing. It DOES NOT like low brass shells( less than 1250 fps!!) also realized that I picked the wrong shells at the store they had 1200 fps and 1250 side be side. I took mine to my gunsmith and had the gas adjusted so now it is a LION!!! Shoots everything now!!!

It took mine about 100 rounds but it cycles everything Ioad in it. You'll need to strip it and clean it really good, they use alot of machine oil on them. Mine is a great shooting gun.

I’ve never seen a left handed semiautomatic shotgun

@@zachstrickland3876 it’s not left handed the camera makes everything look backwards. It looks like I’m standing on the right side of the camera but I was standing to the left of the camera

I own 2 of these guns from Hatfield a 12 and a 20 ga ,I had to clean the packing grease out of mine before I ever shot it ,they don't like some shells ,I broke mine in with 1500 fps field loads ,always remember to hit the switch on the receiver after 50 shells it would fire anything ,I use 7 and a half field loads estate cheaply shells to target with and shoot clays with ,good luck guy's.

Bro where you getting 1500 fps field loads?

  • @caseypayne5138

They definitely have a break-in period...as long as you keep 'er lubed up and break it in properly it'll eat just about anything you feed it with. Winchester White Box still gives me some problems but most semi-auto shotguns don't like that anyways. For hunting loads it's fine. I really like mine

As with any new shotgun, you have to break them in. Run a 100 rounds of some heavy loads through it to break it in and I bet you it will run just fine.

Read the manual, call the company. They will tell you what you need. Its gas operated, it need heaver shells at first. I reload i shoot 3/4 and 7/8 loads thru it. But there all on the upper end of the pressure.

I 'suspect' that most firearms from Turkey (where they DO make fine guns by the way IMHO) benefit GREATLY from an initial field strip/disassembly right out of the box and thorough cleaning and most importantly slightly heavy lubing of all moving parts and mating surfaces. If it rotates oil it, if it slides grease it has served me well over six decades of gun ownership and maintenance. Too much oil IMHO is better than not enough.

90 % of all semi guns do this. Need to clean and oil it good and use higher speed loads to break it in. Then it will run fine.

Pretty sure if you “Read” the instructions. It has a break in period. I got a couple 1000 rounds through mine. I shoot the crap out of it.

Mine won't cycle high brass 1oz load. It b has to be 1 1/4 load

Mine doesn't like to cycle anything less than 1400fps

  • @charlesnott4245
    @charlesnott4245 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

You need 1250fps loads minimum for it to cycle right

I really really wish people would educate themselves before just blabbering... you while loading said "thats one way you tell it's a new gun"... then put some of the lightest loads you could find... then surprised when a hull hangs up? You have to break in semi autos, unless it's a franchi. Get some heavier loads, get it working and it WILL work fine.
