I decided to move on and see myself better than I was at that time. I believed it was just a phase and I would definitely go past it. This preaching is perfectly for me because I just realized that I've been holding on to traumas of the past especially emotional trauma which really affected me and is still affecting me. I've been holding on to so many grudges and I've blocked some people and created a walI around me because of those bad memories.
