Don't run for "I E irodove" kind of books. Solve easy questions of DPP first, then go for Medium and if there is time then go fir difficult level otherwise leave and move to the next chapter. But make sure to solve as much easy and medium questions as u can. Now during revision time solve few easy questions, few medium questions and lots of difficult questions. If u are taking too much time in solving difficult questions ( like more than 20 mins) then u should practice more and more medium level questions and don't waste time on difficult questions. With this way of preparation I got 19202 rank in JEE mains and just qualified JEE Advance with rank 15321. I studied from NIT Agartala (CSE). Right now I am in Goldman Sachs ( Software Developer ) and is earning more than my IITIAN friends. Code well in B - TECH.

As a maths teacher I can only say students ko apne proper concepts to learn hote nhi hai pr books k naamon k pheeche bhagte hain. Koi bhi life me exams books ke dum pr clear nhi kr sakta. Phle proper base banao, easy to medium level questions lagao at least three times uske baad ten years k every engineering entrance k pyq nikalo dekho usme kon se concepts use ho rhe hai unk upper bahut saare questions books mein printed hote hain wo karo phir bhi time hai to tough books uthao.

I was getting CSE in NIT Silchar. I didn't take it instead I joined IIT BHU in Engineering Physics. At some point I had regret over my decision to not take CSE branch since what I saw in campus placement was for IT Companies. Engineering Physics is really a great branch if somebody wants to go do research stuff. You will fall in love with Physics more after studying Quantum Physics, Astrophysics etc..

Same happened with me i was in FIITJEE (no hate to any of the teachers) 3 professors of physics were changed during my 2 year prep
The 1st professor was the best he had more of a visualization skill that is he used to teach every single concept by giving real life examples like walter lewin
When he left the institute idk why another teacher joined the batch and taught us for like 2 months (he was really good with mechanics part) and so we were all happy that in replacement atleast we've got a good teacher and then after 2 months he left and a sir came my god he is one of the most shy persons i've ever met he taught us for whole year and most of the times either topper or a backbencher both used to bunk his classes also he was really slow and when we complained to the co-ordinator they said they will do something and did'nt changed the faculty
