  • For our first day at Paklenica National Park I just wanted to focus on us and the hike so I didn't record anything. Our second day there the trail we were on was an amazing network of rock scrambling, some little climbing, and sweeping views so I recorded more but not as much as I probably should have.
It's sometimes nice to just enjoy moments right? Here's what I did record. Paklenica National Park is one of the cheapest of national parks in Croatia but one of the most fun! It's definitely a must see.

Been there plenty of times and it's truly beautiful. I like the way you filmed, shows the real feel of actually being there.

I knew that the National parks were beautiful, and I love your photography. You were very close to where my family was from, but actually closer to where I suspect my husband’s grandfather was born, Zadar?

We actually stayed in Zadar for our very first 2 weeks in the country and loved it. Part of what was amazing was how many people had full gardens in their yards with tons of fruit and vegetables growing. Pretty amazing. We went to the beach almost every day that we could and the is so much beach coastline it was easy to find a quieter spot. Good times there indeed.

I wish I filmed more of it but after 2 months of traveling already we just wanted time for ourselves for most of it. This park though is pretty amazing and quite wild. The first day we didn't see anybody once we got out of the main area and the second day we saw just one person. It's rough terrain out there but a lot of fun.

@@JayWandersOut I gotcha, but it’s perfectly ok to want to enjoy it without looking through a camera lens. Glad you both got to enjoy it!

It's nice having mountains right next to the water like that and so many islands everywhere. It's a pretty amazing country all right.
