Daytrip to the stunning Gorge de Galamus in the Pyrenees

Join us from Mirepoix/Camon/Chalabre on a daytrip to the stunning Gorge de Galamus.
The Gorge de Galamus is a place of incredible beauty, located 40km inland from the Mediterranean coast, in the foothills of the region. The drive there from where Aude and Ariege meet near Lac Montbel, is equally breath taking. At this gorge, a small river has sliced a grandios valley from north to south into the rugged foothills of the Pyrenees, which stretch east to west. This natural action has created a series of striking rock pools, perfect for exploration and adventure.
We visit on most Wednesdays during the summer. Minimum group size 5, maximum 15. Join us - you will love it.
We are a yoga and meditation retreat centre. It pays to remember that the beauty outside of us is a reflection of our inner beautfy. Doing the work within us is important, but excessive introspection can let us forget how beautiful nature is and how much we benefit from connecting with it. Come explore with us, mindfully and in presence, what this region has to offer.
