I have 2 meater probes that are paper weights... I do like their app though. I should get my thermoworks RFX 4 probe set later this week and look forward to trying it out!
FYI, Combustion Inc just announced their Gen 2 products which adds WiFi, higher temp capabilities, and two new really cool products with the Giant Grill Gauge and the Combustion Engine which is a completely wireless fan blower!
I did repost the video. It had an error in it that I felt like needed to be fixed. The Thermoworks and Typhur Probe diameter got switched around on one of the slides and Thermoworks commented on it. I decided I would rather have the information be correct.
Hey there. Their internal Probe can withstand 1000 degrees, but their Ambient temperature Probe can't. I found the 572 number when looking at the "Pro-Series High Temp Air Probe with Grate Clip" which I take it is the same probe used with their RFX system. Since Thermoworks sent me a different correction, which I fixed, and didn't mention anything about this, I assume I have this correct. Thanks, though

Let’s see some more BSS cooks! Thx for the video!

Combustion inc came out with second gen.
My bad. Hopefully people will see your comment.
@SmokeMasterD did you repost the video? I check with fireboard and my long awaited pre-order for the pulse shipped yesterday. I will get it tomorrow.

@SmokeMasterD great job my friend.
Thermoworks RFX Meat says they go up to 1,000°. You show only 572° at the 10 minute mark.
