I think that the poll is ok as long as it doesn't become tedious for you to complete projects voted in by us.....maybe on the occasion when you don't know which model to tackle next. Thats true, it would probably be the best not to overdo the polls but it is fun to integrate the community too. And i can preselect some kits that i want to build, so it would not be that big of a surprise. I've also had another choosing method in mind which i might add in the future... :)
I've built that a few times, 1/350 and 1/700, there's a huge photoetch set, brass 18 inch guns, the aircraft well, even the many 50 cal machine guns, even on the 1/700 you'd be surprised how much photoetch this takes

Hi Chris! Thanks, i am overwhelmed by the subscriber number, i never expected that. Glad that so many people like my models! I've read that the US is very far with covid vaccines, have you got yours already?
@@chrisC052 Hopefully you will get it - here, i would like to have one while they focus on older people who dont want their reserved vaccines because of fear of side effects, and so nobody gets them. Chaotic distribution, but im glad i have fun modelling so i can stay indoor without losing my mind. I'm sure, as seaman you also know what to do when you can't go out
I am sure yours will be much better when you have PE upgrades included, there were some parts on my kit that would look much better in PE, radar pieces for example!
I like that you took the poll to make this video but I would suggest (feel free to ignore me) to use them sparingly in the future. You don't want to get burnt out building things just because you feel like you have to for the video. Otherwise great video

I use 7 drops xf17 and 5 drops of flat white can't remember the part number off my head but if you are doing a measure 22 its al.ost a perfect match. I used it for my USS Alaska
Making mistakes so you don't have to make them since 2020 :) I just made the black stripe and then, when the decals were applied, i had a look at the paint scheme and recognized this fault.
i think the flag might mean operation tenichigo or operation tengo which means heaven one. it was a suicide mssion to go to okinawa to try and hold off the american offence. the thought look could not turn on them with such a ship. im not sure tho
Ah thanks, that sounds reasonable, the markings included were also from that operation. Half of the instructions are in japanese as well so maybe it was said there somewhere
If you don't want all the hassle of the Tamiya, then this one is by far the best

Probably the biggest price addition in europe is the customs fee, the kit is quite basic, but still very nice

what is the best paint for USN blue decks from tamiya because the xf 17 looks too black

yo have a look at ebroins miniatures tirpitz build that is god level, but i only model for fun so I enjoy this type of vid more
