tiny glade and summerhouse are definitely one of the coziest game I've ever played. raining outside + lofi playing in the background + cozy room with ambience lights + fav chocolate drink = life is good.
Well thank you so much for that overview! I thought about getting Townscaper before but had no idea there were so many similar gaming options! Plus your voice is very calm and uplifting, Great video, information and editing! 💙 EDIT (response to video question): Cloud Gardens for the switch will be my next game I'm getting thanks to you :))
Watched the vid in full and now I'm interested in getting Tiny Glade somewhere down the line. Some games I would recommend that are adjacent would be Cliff Empire, Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles, The Building Sandbox (long title I know), and Terra Nil. They aren't full sandbox since they all have a goal/score system but they're pretty enjoyable. Hoping for more vids!
The only one I’ve played is Dystopika and I thought it was pretty cool. I wanna try Townscaper and Tiny Glade. Do they have anything like this for landscapes? It would be really fun to sculpt out landscape scenes with some in depth, god mode terraforming tools. The closest I’ve found is just messing around with the cities skylines map editor
Except for Cloud Gardens, all of them are basically in creative mode by default with infinite materials! You'll just be unlocking items along the way for dystopika & summerhouse :)
I got Tiny Glade on Steam and can play it via the GeForce NOW app on my Mac. It works really well in general, except when my wifi is slow. I hope it works for you too! Such a cool game :)
I loved townscaper but the thing that made me so mad was that there were no people/npcs. I will try monterona thank you for showing me this❤
True, it would be awesome seeing people milling around the Townscaper towns!
It's quite the opposite for me, a empty town with no people or NPCs kinda makes me comfortable.
@@SR-72_DARKSTAR Same! ❤❤❤
this vid is just what I needed. For me, summerhouse looks the best, since it gives large variety and freedom in style and combining style
I agree, Summerhouse has a really relatable style :D
