Samsung has released a brand new update on 17-6-2024
This will not fix the issue it will only make it worse
Due to You're using a third party screen also known as non-official hardware
Samsung cannot be held responsible for the malfunction And they are plainly aware of this
And are in no rush to fix it And I can almost guarantee they will not Regardless on how frustrated it is You are on your own Even my attorneys told me there's nothing they can do
Even the bogus Fixes they presented are ineffective And they also purposely deliberately made it more difficult It's a relatively easy fix and yet they refuse to do it Simply let people be allowed to roll back But with the latest updates they made it almost impossible The only way for you to do it is to install a custom ROM Which is something I would definitely not advised
In order to overwrite I'm sorry this is not something you would like to hear There's literally nothing I can do about it I wish you the best of luck

Here are also some additional information that I use to fix it Hope this will be able to help you out :
This tutorial is to roll back from Samsung Ui 6.1 recent update, that,
crapped a lot of phones. My phone s23 ultra and recently
replaced the screen. So that could be a common denominator on touch
screen issues, where only the S-pen works and not with finger.
This will roll your firmware to 6.0 or earlier depending on the
firmware you choose. Hope this helps anyone with similar issues, I'm sure there's better tuts out there.
1.) On your phone go to settings ➡ Sofware information➡
(there tap Build Number 7 times) tap..tap..tap..
that enables developer mode.
2.) Go back to settings ➡ Developer options➡
make sure to enable ON...and while your there disable Auto update system
Go to settings ➡Security and privacy ➡ Auto Blocker ➡ *disable Block software updates by USB cable
then *disable ON auto blocker
3.) Go back to settings ➡ About phone
write down your Model name **
4.) About phone ➡ Status information
write down your Model Code** and serial number** , you will need this info.
5.) Download Samsung usb drivers if you don't already have them. developer.samsung.com/android... and install
also, download Odin tool at samfw.com/Odin/Odin3_v3.13.1_...
extract with winrar
6.) ok so now go to samfw.com where you can get your firmware downloaded. Plug in your s23 with usb cord, and samfw online tool will detect
your phone model and information. If your able to do it that way great! If not, then thats where the info. you wrote down comes in handy.
7.) VERY IMPORTANT! NOTICE: CSC/ Version/ Bit/SW REV./ OS
CSC:last 3 letters of Model Code
Bit/SW REV: 5th number from right to left, of (your serial number), its either 2 or 1 for most part.
What you want is to download the firmware with that same number or higher. For example: Version# S918USQU2CXCG ..5TH number is 2..lets say your number was 2 of (your serial number). So that's the one. Notice OS:Android 14
Make sure you have the correct firmware for your device, cant stress that enough! If you flash incorrect firmware it will brick your phone! And Render it useless!

8.) *****From here on your on your own! Flash at your own risk! Bad flash will brick your phone! I'm not responsible for bricked phones. If your brave enough, go right ahead, may the force be with you!*****
1. Extract (unzip) the Samsung firmware file. Recommended using WinRAR or 7-Zip
2. Download Odin Tool 3.13.1
3. Extract Odin ZIP file
4. Open Odin execute file
5. Reboot Samsung phone in Download Mode (hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons / hold Volume Down + Bixby buttons then plug-in cable)
6. Connect you Samsung phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
7. Add the 1 file Samsung firmware to AP/PDA or 4 files Samsung firmware (AP/BL/CP/CSC) to it's slots
8. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
9. Click the START button, sit back and wait few minutes

Bro your the best I just follow u step by step and it’s worked great just one thing before u add all the fille to Odin you first have to put the phone on downloading mode not after uploading the files to Odin

The Downgrade worked because the Firmware you were on and the Firmware you wanted to downgrade to was the same Binary. They were both 3

What to do about the auto update issue. I just did this, and the up date is auto downloading already.
You need to disable it Activate developer mode and deactivate it.

Can't get it to work with S21 Ultra.. The latest update for mine is Bit sw/rev "B", and there's only one. All the rest are A, 9, 8 etc.. I've tried different ones, but it wont allow me to flash an older one.
I think i'm shafted.
Did you plug in your phone to your computer and let the website find the Correct Firmware S21 Ultra. Should still have firmware. It's not that old of a phone You may need to do it manually. But be extremely careful. Do not flash it with any other firmware. And make sure you have the correct category. ( Csc / scs ) Take your time and do not rush it. You cannot afford any mistakes here.

@@marvinmuhring Yes, plugged my phone in and it showed me the csc. I went to downloads and again, there is only one Binary B(Android 14) for download. I've found others online with the same issue.. Gah, i hope someone finds a fix. I've tried flashing an older firmware, but i knew it wouldn't work, and it didn"t..
hi, me stuck on ldfw , check is ui6.1 firmware is newer and ui6.0 is old , odin can't do downgrade due to firmware ,

hello brother, i did all the steps and when i click start to flash my phone, it says 'fail' rather than 'pass', and i go to check my ONEUI version and its still at 6.1
If your binary code has changed or is higher than the rollback it will not let you do it

@@verygoodplayerallskill1951 If your binary code has changed there's not much you can do The only thing you can do is install a custom ROM But it's very complicated and I do not have the proper knowledge for it Or you can try to put a original screen back on it again And pray to god it will fix it At this point is literally nothing I can do for you as also mentioned in video description Due to it was your choice to get a third party screen Samsung is not responsible for that third party hardware Even though it's very frustrating Legally there's not much you can do Samsung is not responsible for third party hardware

i have a52s original display and the touch is still gone
Contact customer support if your phone is original then they will be responsible to fix it
my phone lost its touch function not right after the update, could it still be hardware issue or software issue
If your phone is no longer original ( Third party component ) Latest update will block functionality of your device If your phone is fully original Contact the company Because they will be obligated to fix it

@@princemr.4549 mine is a52s too, couldnt revert back to one ui 6 because binary is 8 and the old versions are lower. when i restart my phone it could work for like 5 mins and lost function again. They ask me to change the whole display which is costly and besides that the new display could stop working too due to software. So im just gonna wait for now and probably move to pixel
Update, i did nothing, use my phone with mouse and in morning it works completely fine again

Process is roughly the same But be extremely careful end make sure that you have the correct firmware Because if you do it wrong you will permanently break your phone Do it at your own risk
@marvinmuhring so the part where you chose the firmware version based on the date "2024-02-01" would I choose the same date but for the s21 ultra version that's detected for my phone? I appreciate you for responding

Hi, on odin after I press start it gets stuck on ldfw
It takes a while. Whatever you do, do, not interrupt the process. Or you will permanently break your phone.

@@marvinmuhring yeah, I recently brought a s21 refurbished from amazon and updated it yesterday, the only firmware that works on odin is the newest one which is the same software as 6,1ui

If you can find anyone that has the exact same phone as you do Use their phone to get the firmware After that use your own phone to force flash it with that software / Firmware Activate download mode and reinstall it

@@chagolucho Yes but it has to be from the same country Due to the firmware country code release You have a family member with the same phone just plug in their phone and follow the steps Once you have the firmware Ready to reinstall your phone swap it out with your phone Only need a donor phone to get the software
Or you have to go full bunkers manual on it
Make sure it's the exact same type of phone
If binary of new firmware with oneui 6.1 is higher than previous, there is no solution for fix, we just need to wait for new firmware and have hope that they will fix this...

At this stage there's nothing you can do As also mentioned in video description The only thing you can do is get a original screen in a attempt to fix it Or trying to install a custom ROM

@@barteq8914 yea actually, flashing back to one UI 6.0 allowed the aftermarket screen to work fine again

hello please i follow the steps and i have been on it for over 2hrs it got stucks at ldfw.img and on the screen it shows CHEK FAIL(BOOTLOADER). PLEASE HELP.
What device are you using / make sure you loaded in the correct firmware also note if your binary code is different it will no longer work 5>3 they literally just released a patched version yesterday which does not fixed issue it only makes it worse and prevents you from using this fix no worries since it failed on the check no damage has been done you can simply restart your phone
