is it chat gpt not free tool , i was able to analyse only 3 stocks after that getting error unable to open png error ? what is the reason ?

ChatGPT is free .. The newer model is capped upto a certain usage after 3-4 images.. Its actually tokens that they count..!! The paid tier has larger limits

It has a mobile app that you can download and use it. I do not understand what you mean by needing my exact screen.. You need to take a screenshot if you want to give that to chatgpt. Also free chatgpt has a soft limit which resets every day.
