I just went through the first 50 episodes of the original series (which I’m really loving). It’s too easy to say that this is Mad Max and a martial arts show mixed into a Japanese anime because that’s way too simplified In terms of the plot, in many ways, it’s a tragic love story. I’m not even talking about the romantic love interests of Kenshiro and Yuria (and the other characters), but also the brotherhood between men. Kenshiro’s friendship with Shin, his admiration of Toki’s character, his respect for Rei, him being a father figure to both Bat and Lin, and his kindness towards the weak and the poor. Of the other characters, their relationships, and their acts towards others. The action is great, but the story is deeper than what people may think. Reading this lyrics in English for the first time, they’re appropriate for the show. I’m gonna continue this coming weekend because this is becoming one of my favorite animes very quickly.
Actually the lyrics are quite fitting. Kenshiro proves to the world that love is indeed the greater strength. He carries such sadness because he has dared to love. His strongest opponents realize that they were wrong, they’re method was to bury they’re hearts to gain strength to make an effective change in the world. When they see the sadness in kenshiros eyes they realize only an immense love could produce such sadness.

However if I remember correctly, the opening during this song was played was just short clips of half naked dudes full of muscle beating the s**t out of each other. I don't even remember seeing Yuria at all. So yeah the lyrics doesn't really fit the opening that well, even if the music itself does.

When exetous was defeated, he self-destructed, leaving behind the ashes of his remains. Tierkris thought he died, so he went back to his castle, but instead of dying, exetous’s soul,still merged with all the false chronicles, also absorbed the dark energy between realities, and was transported into another world, where he gained a hunger for souls to gain enough power to rewrite the world of his reality. To achieve this,he possessed a small blue hedgehog (aka classic sonic), and devoured several baby animals, he then went after tails, knuckles and eggman. After he gained enough power, he returned to his reality and started his revenge
