Welcome to Luxury Migration Camp by Sunworld Safaris located inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. This camp is less than a year old but already very well-run. The room are definitely top tier just like their sister safari lodge, Lion's Bluff in Tsavo. The service was very good and personalized, the food was delicious and the game drives outstanding.

I presume you made this trip in April. I hear that April and May are the months of the long rains. Is it really that bad to plan a visit during this period?
Also, how's November usually? I hear it's the time of the short rains. If we wish to visit the northern parts (such as Samburu, Meru National park, etc.), would November be too rainy?

But I don’t think I would ever go out in the dark because of the hippos. Out of all the wild animals the ones I fear most are the hippos! They are as dangerous as the buffaloes!
