Also if you could talk more around postpartum depression that women can face post delivery since its unknown and unexpected to many. A small request I know of someone who needed a c-section and was having hard time accepting she needed to be operated. Part of the reason is a vaginal delivery is always called natural so the person who wants natural but could not have one can feel otherwise. With the awareness that you are spreading, it may be good to stop calling something as natural birth and instead call it vaginal.
