This is the most comprehensive series of lectures on lifestyle changes. He thinks like an engineer-thorough and methodical. We all know that these foods are bad, but we just didn't realize HOW toxic they really are and the extent of their effects. These lectures were the scariest thing I have ever listened to. Thank you, Dr. Sorescu! What was super helpful is how he shows photos of good foods and bad foods.

Metabolic dysfunction is what we need to focus on.
Depression, DM, AD, cancer, CKD, HF is all driven by metabolic dysfunction.
Inflammation driven by environmental toxins, ultraprocessed foods, fructose, alcohol, emotional stress and poor sleep.
    GLP 1RA works.
It shows that reducing calories has a magnanimous effect on metabolic health.
If we can reduce insulin resistance then it automatically translates into better metabolic health.
    Thanks Dr. S.
