Nemophila has a rapidly increasing fanbase. Most haven't yet discovered your channel, because we do like to support those who support them. If you like it heavy, I would point to the music videos of "Dissension" and "Reitai" for starters.

Not sure 100% what you have done but don’t remember Oiran live (newest one), it is their first song and still my favorite, Blooming is also an original hidden treasure. For covers my four favorites are all from Japanese bands. Shimi and Zetsubou Billy from Maximum the Hormone as well as their covers of X-Japan’s Kurenai and Loudness’s-Crazy Doctor.

So, there actually is some sort of unofficial connection between the banana song, and Adabana. The reaction channel Windmill Full of Corpses called Adabana "Add a banana" 😂I think they're twin brothers, and quite funny. I think the Despicable Me movies, and to some degree the minions, are very entertaining. As is the case with a lot of animated movies, kids might think they're funny, but you don't get them completely until you watch them as an adult. I think Zen is my favorite by Nemophila, but Adabana is certainly up there. Have you heard Hypnosis yet? It's another one of my favorites by them.

The sign that Mayu holds up in 'The Banana Song' video says something like "I want to do rock (version) more". Which I guess is pretty obvious in context. : ) 'Adabana' is still my all time favorite Nemophila song. Great choice. BTW, the group is still working closely with composer/producer Kensuke Akiyama.
This is just a really good song. Some of their songs are made by the performance, as they are pretty average songs, except when played by Nemophila with their skill, talent and attitude, but this is one of their truly good songs and consequently one of my favorites.

I’m talking about the quality of the songwriting, not the band or their skills, I thought I made that clear? This song is a particularly good song in my far from humble opinion. 😜

Recommend watching their cover of Babymetal's "Megitsune" and their original "Night Flight" MV for a 80's glam metal feel.
