Argentina should recognize falklands as a British oversea territory, i think it would be great to Argentina do that. They would become britain best friend like in the 17 century, they were.
@Pedro Rocha not all south americans are indians descent their are many europeans descent from italy spain germany poland portugal in south america specially in Argentina and Uruguay, the falklands is english territory just accept that, its better in their hands
@Pedro Rocha The oil money goes into reserves specifically for the falkland islands, they are in charge of their own economy and are essentially their own country now. These reserves means the island is debt free and can invest in its education, infrastructure and health care without borrowing. Growth is expected to sky rocket and now more British people are moving there, australians too and even some chileans and few argentinians. The UK is only in charge of defence. Leave them be. Stop trying to point the blame at the British just so you can rob this small proud nation. Your government wouldn't be able to utilise the money anyway. Any Argentinian who believes the falklands belongs to them is nothing short of delusional.
Now now children play nice. It's very clear that the Falklands are British, they were discovered by the British. No Argentine ever lived there. Argentina as a nation (part from the doomed invasion) never set foot there. The only time they had people based there for a few years Argentina didn't exist as it was still a Spanish colony. The Argentine economy is a mess and has been for some time and the only reason I can see as to why there is so much emphasis on the Falklands is to divert the Argentines attention away from the economy to something where they know they can't achieve so it can be used as an ongoing focus of national fervour. The clear facts are that the Falkland isles are British and will remain so until and unless the people of the Falkland isles decide that will change. Please focus on your economy and the plight of the people of Argentina and make better lives for yourselves rather than waste time and energy on this nonsense.

Ummm there’s are several other small communities outside Port Stanley including on other islands. So while Stanley IS the only large town there’s a few hamlets.
Great video. Nice music for the video. Looks fun. I wish I could visit there. But, I noticed lots of typos and misspellings of the words shown throughout the video.
Kelpers had the first landing strip thanks to the Argentine Air Force, that built it in 1972 with aluminum sheets taken along with heavy machinery from Buenos Aires. This brought undoubted benefits to the well-being of the islanders for many years. Then the British, on May the 1st 1982, bombed that runway...
he Falkland Islands hold 70 % (500,00 pairs) of the world population. ... Black-browed albatross are migratory, arriving in the Falkland Islands to breed in September and leaving their colonies by the end of April. They may be seen offshore throughout the year in Falkland waters.
Keep in mind that it's a small economy to begin with therefore accommodations in the Falkland Islands, apart from in the capital Stanley, are generally in family lodges or self-catering cottages within the settlement. In addition to the local facilities there are 40 large cruise ships that visit the port of Stanley each year - that's a lot of people for such a small island -- but a big boost to it's economy (crew-center.com/port-stanley-falkland-islands-cruise-ship-schedule-2019).

Recover? Tell me when they were yours? Tell me what big communities and infrastructure is on the island from centuries past. You can’t even feed the people in your own country.... never mind worry about an island you never had.
graanndeeee Inglaterra, y sus islas. maravilloso por esas personas que habitan dichos territorios. viva Inglaterra y sus islas...
Me pareció un lugar interesante y disfruté de la visita.

Certainly would be a nice gesture.

Yes there are, unfortunately I wasn't able to get to them in the short time I had on the main island.

Sad that the runway was destroyed. We certainly enjoyed on time in the Falklands.
Nice weather Falk land so good Enveroment clean air

Lástima que están muy lejos de las islas Britanicas, no ????
I think that should read "... to a soldiers home..."
Granted, just "home would have been more appropriate
ya albatross - are sea gulls - they do not have Albatross in Stanley

i agree there - how ever having been born and grown up there i know an Albatross when i see one, and the ones in this video are not.
According to a local, there were some black-browed albatross among the sea gulls. They are the ones wit the black wings and white bodies.
I think that should read "...Grenadier is the fish..."
So right you are-- I need an editor to review the text before uploading. Thanks for noticing
If tourism is one of the income source, where are the hotels, restaurants and other amenities?
