Guys, I just realized that the cookie is inverted. Still looks good though.
You tricked us, that is a Oero cookie tutorial ☹️
@@PeterHertel Mfw Oero 🙁
First thing I noticed too. When are you dropping the verted video?
@@Chrondon he does not have to, just change the displacement strength
if you want it like the image he shows at the start of the video make it a positive value
if you want it like the one he makes in the video make it a negative value
who do i get the ridges on the edge like yours
And now I'll be using the 'Smooth' tool more often, thanks! Also: switch the Displacement modifier's texture coordinates to "UV" and you'll get the ridges around the edges
tysm for the good tutorial and explanation
thx a lot for the knowledge !
Awesome, keep it up.
Thanks a lot, very helpful
Delicious😍😍
Thank you
This is pretty cool, i wonder if the white on black kind of image would have the opposite vector effect for the oreo
Oh wait. The thumbnail already has my answer
where can i get a white on black theres non online@@SpeedierGuide98
THANKS
how can i make the edges of the oreo have the lines like at the edge, basically have them loop around the edge to the bottom
Thx
It would’ve looked way cooler on a blue background
Nice cookies through
can u make a high poly model to low poly tutorial?
Шикарно
why does my pattern only got letter oreo when i apply the displace, what did i miss?
Thanks for sharing this great tutorial. It helped me a lot to come up with my own version. U R Z Best!!🤩
Me who never ever used blender: interesting
how do you recalculate normals?
Alt N Recalculate outside
Why The Final Result is not the same like the one in The Intro??
The Edges Of oreos in intro is much better
In UV Editing tab, select top face and all side faces, then use Unwrap instead of Project From View, and make sure the edge faces cover the edge of the Oreo image correctly. Back to the Displace modifier, change the coordinate property to UV. There you go.
Instructions unclear, I accidentally made Hyrdrox.
You could if you got the right uv mappings
Now do the actual oreo from the thumbnail 😅
