    The manual power button failed with barely any use in 2/3 HD blinds within the first year and I'm supposed to pay to have such defect repaired- no Hunter Douglas, do better- stop claiming to be a high end brand just because your defective products are over priced!!
    This has nothing to do with expecting a perfect product. If a product is defective- the manufacturer should assume full responsibility to ensure product defects are effectively and efficiently repaired at absolutely no cost to the customer.
    HD does not take such customer first approach- HD expects for the customer to pay a dealer to service their product defect or for the customer to pay a dealer to ship the defective product to HD- thus the HD warranty is essentially useless beyond getting parts after the customer has to spend time and even more money for an already overpriced product which is supposed to be high end- what a joke- beware!!
