And if you plan on doing a show, my vote would be the Classic Physique division. You already have a pretty good vaccuum when you do a relaxed pose and your overall main muscles make your waist appear very symmetrical (Chest, Back, Delts, Quads)
I just love those talking vids! Also imo the exercise variety style is awesome! I‘m doing it myself and it‘s just awesome - I‘m benching, squatting and deadlifting 2-3 times per week and the addition of the exercises based on how I feel that day is just awesome and it’s giving me the right kick in the end.

Hunter Ceroy. Fasting for just 24 hours boosts somatotropin(GH) by as much as 2000% for men, and %1300 for women. HIIT cardio also spikes growth hormone, which is an excellent fat burner and very anabolic. When combining fasting with HIIT, you can bet you’ll shred more fat than training after a meal, especially if you wait at least an hour to have a post workout (because protein and carbs causes blood glucose/insulin response, both of which are negatively correlated with serum levels and production of GH) because like I said Growth hormone torches fat.
Mhm some big words in there, bet you're very proud. Did you also know growth hormone doesn't have anything to do with fat loss or muscle gain? Did you also know it takes about 4-5ish days to burn through your glycogen storage to even begin burning fat? Did you also think that your body burns fat right when it's fasted? Damn, thats assuming your body has absolutely 0 survival potential. He said he does it because it wakes him up. Not some GH bullshit. But you keep buying into all the bullshit the industry spews out. Your wasted time and money, not mine
You all over think this shit. Eat big, trAin big to get big. Eat in a calorie surplus to gain muscle and size. I mean really fuck train. Not your little sissy workouts that I see most do at the gym. Then surprise when you get really fucking big, and your gonna be a little chubby around the waists. Also called a fucking bulking cycle. You then go on a cutting cycle. Hence you loose the gained fat to reveal your hard, I repeat, hard earned muscle. And you do this but eating in a calorie deficit and burning extra calories via cardio . This cardio can be whenever the fuck you want it to be. Fasted, unfasted, at night in the morning, slow or fast . It's all calories in calories out. This isn't rocket science. Just fucking train and stop over thinking this shit. And and one more thing, food , I mean real food is key. Not these bullshit supplements that Jeff is constantly pushing to line his pockets with paid endorsements. Just my 2 cents. .
well said, people overcomplicate a lot of things
In my opinion, the only reason fasted cardio burns more fat is if it makes you more accountable in your diet… if you do cardio after having eaten a bit a few hours ago… then you go to eat again post-workout, you’re more likely to compensate in that meal by eating a bit more… whereas there is less opportunity to compensate and eat more after a fasted workout because you’re not as prone to over-eat when you stack your (larger) meals up after your workouts.

It's the wrong season for kiwifruit in New Zealand - we're in summer right now (southern hemisphere) and they don't harvest until autumn (around March and May). The Italian and US ones are in the Northern hemisphere hence their availability.

You should have a science explained video about the effects of music can have on a workout.
The workout edit is good but it does compress the workout into a very short space of time. Would like to see at least a longer edit or stopping and showing us different parts of the workout or certain tips to increase intensity etc. For me the workout is the highlight, even though the vlog part is also interesting
I bought some high volume the other day. Really liking the non-stop formula. I don't like feeling jacked up during my workouts.

I change up my exercises every week whether it means grip reps pyramid scheme drop sets etc never let the body get used to a routine that’s when you plateau
