TMM Thinks That This New Hwoarang Move Is BROKEN | TEKKEN 8 CNT

Black kite (RFF d/f+3) is definitely one of my favourite Hwoarang's new moves in Tekken 8. A heat engager, low crushes, wallsplats, tracking, plus frames on block, big chip damage. What do you guys think about it? Should it be nerfed?

shouldn't be plus OB imho, the homing part and low crush is alright, but also being a middle plus is a bit too much.

No it should be plus on block his launchers and 50/50 nerfed too much so at least he should get a move were he can go in and apply pressure

Homing mid plus ob is too much regardless of the fact it's locked behind a stance.
Consider that hwoarang has a barrage of plus frames once he gets to your face, so this move being THIS good is not healthy.
It should either be steppable to one side, or be a high.
