Dennis was a Canadian who made his mark in the US..his dad worked for a radio station in Canada and never missed a chance to praise his son.. RIP Dennis…🇨🇦
Dennis Yost had one of the smoothest voices of any era.
RIP Dennis, thank you for all the joy you brought to the world!
The crowd, is mesmerized. This song, is taking them back to their youths, many years ago. Awesome performance.
Love this song ever since ❤️
At the time of him singing this, .... Yost sounded good. I'm 60+ and I seem to find myself listening to 60s & 70s 🎵 songs.
Temporarily 'transports'
me to a MUCH, MUCH better time. 🇺🇲 ✅ ♥️
So much going on with that beautiful voice: rich, tonal, smokey.....polyvalent.
Is it amazing how certain songs can take your mind back to a certain time in your life. You can remember who or where you were.
Gosh, I was a kid when that song came out.
I missed my parents and some of my friends who are no longer here.
its amazing how many of these legends are now gone. this was truly a gem.
We lost something special ....
This just doesn't get old.
Theres something amazing about hearing a song from your youth, while you are middle aged and sitting in front of the artist of that song, that melody from all those decades ago that touches the very same place in your heart today. It's a moment to reflect on how time flies, how your expectations of life as a teen get to be examined by that adult that looks through your eyes now, to reflect on this magic and mysterious journey of life
Always love Dennis Yost! Great personality. We lost him much too young.
Dennis Yost had a unique and great voice! Rest In Peace Dear Dennis.

I clicked on this video to hear a great vocalist perform a great song from my youth. I'm really disappointed to hear Yost sounding like a Ramada Inn lounge vocalist trying to "Wayne Newton" this classic tune.
