Im not one of the old-school pad players, but I'm old enough to remember Mantastics first "inherit explained" video and thats pretty cool.
Lol I was thinking the same thing!
Pretty cool indeed!
As a player that was playing 5 years ago all the new content I have encountered confuses me so I’m glad for this explanation and I hope to see more stuff like it.
J- awesome for people like me. I didn’t understand inherits and honestly didn’t know what you were talking about this whole time.
I wish I could check on this video when I first played PAD. I still remembered how I struggled for assists for the first time. I didn't know what overcharge is, not even know what an equip card can do compared to a non-equip card. But anyway, I can clear SR3 now thanks for all the content creator!
Yes please. As a relatively new player this area has been some of the more confusing aspects of PAD. Thank you.
I really enjoyed this video I feel like it will really help new players understand the topic, I hope you make more videos catered towards beginners in the future 👍🏾
I got into PaD weapon assists were pretty new and term "inherit" was already being phased out in game. It's amazing how easy these assists can make certain dungeons. I remember struggling so hard with Lifive the poison dragon. Then I got some anti poison weapon assists and it became a total joke. I'm glad that more and more cards are getting useful assist forms. It really gives life to my monster box.
I'm really glad you made this, as a new player this is honestly so many mechanics that are just out right confusing. I didn't understand the Rainbow Medals and now I got a Rainbow Gem I don't understand and can't use so I think I wasted it :/ and I don't understand assists or weapons assists whatsoever especially with the plants that came out and the monster exchange stuff
This game can be so damn confusing. It took me a while to figure everything out. You'd think that equipping weapons to your monsters would dramatically boost their attack, nope(I used to think maybe that was what I was lacking to do the damage I saw people were doing on their videos). Then I had to understand "well, then how the hell do I use them and which ones are even remotely useful?". This guide would've helped me a lot xD
I'm on day 2,692 of playing and I still found this video so helpful. Thanks as always for the info. At this point, utilizing all aspects of the game is required to clear end game content and I for sure would not be able to do it without your videos
All of my past experience with PaD came from Z/Super Mario Edition, and it has become painfully clear that I'm about 7 years behind on the mechanics.
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!
I feel like the assist system is when I really started to lose touch with this game. Aside from putting wedding Akechi on Myr all those years ago, I've not really tried that hard to optimize, I feel that there's just way too many mechanics to worry about.
This is nice
