You have a full time day job, you can only do so much in so little time. Priority is you, your health, your well-being. I may have mentioned this before but it’s all about balance ⚖️ ☯️ imo…and yes stay hydrated.

I have been underfed and dehydrated..when I was taking care of my son before he went into a nursing home,I would go home and be too tired to eat or drink..I finally ended up in the hospital and they had to do so much to keep me alive! Now I make sure I drink 2 liters of water a day and even when I feel sick or tired I will eat.
I loved the Chala bag SO much❣️We don’t have that brand in the Netherlands..I wish we did.💁🏻♀️
