    Thank you so much for the vid! Had a customer who had a mysterious AC leak and the condenser weld was busted. Made easy work of it!

    Man all I can say is I appreciate you and your knowledge. It only cost me about 300 bucks after parts and tools I didn’t already have. I can only imagine what a shop would have charged. Thank you bud.

    My 3/8 drive swivel 10mm wouldn't fit so I had to use a 10mm gear wrench everything else worked out perfect. Thanks for the video it helped me out alot.

    Had the same truck come in yesterday shop sold the job book time was 5.5 hours I had 3 hours left before time to clock out? Now they are asking me if I can get it done before I leave customer needs their vehicle today? Told them not sure never had to do a condenser on this year/model before, but from the 5.5 hours labor time have to take the entire front end off add evacuate & charge the system back with refrigerant it may take till the next day to complete? Have to thank you Richie glad I decided to check out this video before tearing into it the entire process start to finish including evac/charge just under 2 hours! Thanks brother! 👍🏻

    The bolt behind the washer revivor is a royal PITA, why they could not have engineered the bolts to fasten down from the top is beyond me! Removing the metal shelf that the airbox sits on helps a lot and the welds on the new condenser sure dont let those plastic ends snap on very well.

    Do you have to vacuum it ?

    • @richierock1300
      @richierock1300  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You should especially if it’s been open to the atmosphere for a long period of time but if it’s your car your vehicle you don’t have to remember it just might not be as cold as it should and start a vacuum off, so lemonade any contaminants in the system
