After entering Turkey a few weeks ago we have been struck by the profound difference in culture and experience to their close European neighbours. Our escapades in the west didn't make the cut for TH-cam (although a Patreon exclusive highlights and outtakes reel is coming soon!). Now though as we enter truly new and unknown lands in the east we pick up with he story again.
You could spend years in Turkey and still not see it all, we hope you catch a glimpse of some of that wonderful history and beauty in this video!

You are probably not in Turkiye right now, but nevertheless Welcome to Turkiye. I hope you had a pleasant time and did not encounter any problems. If you do not mind, I would like to give a little information about something. The music you choose is generally identified with Arab culture and, contrary to popular belief, has no connection with Turkish culture. Türkiye is a bridge between Asia and Europe and has unique characteristics. For this reason, Turks do not like to be identified with Arab culture. I have no doubt that there is no ulterior motive in your preferences, I just think that such a general idea has been formed because Orientalist thought in media codes Turkish Culture in this way. I wish you safe and joyful times during your travels.
